The breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The scenery was perfect. Reception was very cozy with the fireplace. There were a lot of games that you could play and spend some time. The food was very delicious in the restaurant. The lake was stunning. There was an umbrella that saved us in the room. They left us some tea in the room and there was also a postcard as a memorabilia. Reception gave us a little gift for our stay. Heather was fully functional.

Restaurant is not open between five and six. There is no fridge that you can buy something from in the room. We didn’t have toothbrush and toothpaste. The blankets were too small. The television doesn’t have any streaming service like Netflix and YouTube.

Τhe hotel is situated in a really picturesque location with beautiful views over the town, mountains and lake. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is superb. The parking is ok with both outdoors and indoors spaces. There are saunas, a gym and a pool all of which are well equipped and maintained. We went off season so it was pretty comfortable.

The staff at reception were not helpful and to some extent rude when we asked for a company invoice. They were ill informed and not knowledgable on how to issue an invoice or their duties. Luckily the manager (Katharina) was splendid.

Just an overall fantastic experience. The hotel is already in a beautiful location on the pond, then add in the clean rooms and building and many amenities and friendly staff and this was an unparalleled experience for relaxing and enjoying nature and the best of German Bavaria. My room was over the restaurant and it was enjoyable even when the restaurant was crowded and I was enjoying the balcony. Trails into the hills and down to town start right there at the pond.

Our large suite offered breathtaking views everywhere you looked. The onsite dinner and breakfast buffets included many varieties of delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. The cost of our suite was truly great for how much space we had at this hotel.

The bed pillows were terrible. Unfortunately, it was hard to get comfortable with those pillows.

Convenient location for road trips between countries (Germany, Italy, and Austria in our case), idyllic and peaceful lodging by the lake and mountains, safe and cultural town, spacious room, adequate bathroom, nice wellness area (sauna, gym, and pool), delicious and varied breakfast (beautiful breakfast sunroom), great game room ang lounge, accessible free parking, beautiful architecture, and professional and friendly customer service.

No AC (not a problem for us, but keep in mind for the summer season) and no elevator in our building (lakeside building separate from main building).

What can I say? It's the most beautiful location imaginable, the room was spacious, the food was great and the staff were the best. We woke in the morning with a spectacular view of the Alps from our balcony. The hotel is situated on a lake, and there are plentiful hiking trails. We will be back for sure.

Really, there's nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, staff did a great job to accommodate guests, food selection was great. Staff was very friendly.

When we arrived we sat on the patio and nobody came to get our drink order. When I went to get the drinks on our own, I was told we are getting served outside by the waiter staff which eventually happened. The shower in our room had mold on the tile molding that goes around the shower, the shower glass doors on the bottom have also mold or are very dirty. The drain cover is not fastened and comes off during showering. Worker crew started hammering early in the morning which made the stay experience not as pleasant as it could have been. Overall, the room was nice, the shower in specific needs some attendance. I wish I would have taken a picture, but when you have someone inspect it you will see what the issue is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the menu was very rich and delicious. Our room was in the annex building of the hotel and it was more spacious than enough. Its lake view together with the forest and mountain was unique.

Everything was beyond awesome.

Location, view, room, food.

Cleaning tables at the buffet eating was always slow, we need to wait all the time for a table to be cleaned even if there were multiple empty, but dirty and nobody around to clean in time. Also we had to notify multiple time staff for cutlery and so on missing from tables. Even if they smile and said they will fix it immediately, it took multiple minutes all the time for easy tasks, sometime had to go for some table forks myself. Not sure if understaffed or just bad service...

The structure and spa were very nice. Location excellent, near the slopes. Amazing breakfast.

The room was not cleaned very well. They tend to clean it superficially.
