daily breakfast was good but exactly the same every day. Room was ok , a little dated

Furniture near the downstairs elevator is in terrible shape. Stained and very dated. It would be better if the hotel threw it out immediately. And purchased new. windows in our suite were dirty on the outside and could have used a cleaning . breakfast was very very crowded on the weekends. Hotel was to full. they had an overflow section but it was closed. Large families taking many chairs to sit around one table. Not enough chairs. A little chaotic in my opionion.

A big thank you to the receptionist who helped when my son arrived early I had booked 3 nights at the comfort inn My son was meeting me there as he was already in the US I was travelling from the UK My son read his messages wrong and arrived 12 hours early and the booking was in my name The lovely receptionist just asked a few security checks and sorted it all out so my son could access the room while I was still travelling And emailed me to say they will take care of my son till I get there Thank you The hotel was clean and nothing was too much trouble definitely worth what we paid to stay and will definitely stay there again The only downside was the breakfast wasn't great but there are places to buy breakfast near by so it's not a problem Thanks once again for a lovely stay

Hotel has perfect location, only 10 minutes walk to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, in hotel you can use great restaurant with delicious meals and drinks.

The WiFi connection was not the best, WiFi is blocking many websites, for confirmation of our payments we had to go to the nearest McDonald's, where the WiFi works without problem, the swimming pool was unfortunately closed.

Our plane was leaving very early but there was no hot breakfast available. Another airport hotel started breakfast early so we could enjoy a breakfast before leaving. At Comfort Inn, we received bagged breakfasts but the liquid got thrown out through security (such a waste) and everything was bread & sugar (no protein or fresh fruit). I was not happy with that part but the rest of the stay was good including the shuttle to and from the airport.

The area was perfect for where we needed and wanted to go. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, the breakfast bar attendant was very nice and hard working keeping everything stocked. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was clean and homey.

The paint on the ceiling was peeling both in the room and bathroom. I didn't see why there needed to be a $150 security deposit when you have the card on file, and I did not get a receipt upon checking out.

The hotel shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport and the check in process went smoothly. The room was spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than we expected but was let down by the use of single-use disposal cutlery, cups and plates. This gives the hotel an unnessarily downbeat image and is unsutainable enviromentally.

The use of single-use cutlery was very disappointing. Surely it can't be that difficult to use proper plates and cutlery and utilize a dishwasher to wash and reuse them. It would also provide a much a more pleasant dining experience for customers.

Airshuttle service was so convenient, and the drivers were very friendly. All of the staff were very nice. Large breakfast area. They had a pool and gym, which would have been great if we were there longer.

Breakfast was just ok. A microwave would have been handy. They had oatmeal but no way to heat it properly. Beds were a little worn.

The breakfast was decent. Wish they had more options. It gets packed, which is understandable. But so far the breakfast was good! There's coffee at anytime which is the best part and an awesome water of lemonade. Good customer service too!! I definitely recommend coming here.

There was nothing bad that i did not liked. Everything was good!

The front desk staff were so wonderful even past midnight. They allowed a taxi to pick us up because the shuttle was gone on a pickup. The location was great being so close to the airport.It was a true continental breakfast with bacon,sausage,eggs,waffles,and the works! There was also a nice looking indoor pool.

Restroom tile could be cleaned a little more thoroughly

I needed shuttle service to and from the airport, so that is why I selected this hotel. The amenities were basic and the breakfast was mediocre

My friend lost money in the vending machines and neither the desk clerk or the vendor (maintenance guy who was re-stocking the machine) offered no compensation/ solution
