We live in palatka not far from the Hampton Inn It may have been only one night, but it was a much needed relaxing evening overlooking the Beautiful St. Johns River..it was an amazing New Years Eve for my children with special abilities, and they truly enjoyed it..

The only thing that could have made the whole experience better would have been if they had a restaurant on site for a New Years Day Dinner.. It would have been amazing had they provided a bottle of bubbly for a toast and sparkling water for the kids.

The location is perfectly situated off the bridge of St John River. The rear of hotel faces the river, perfect for walking, meditation and taking it all in. Also was close to our destination. The staff was professional, welcoming and very helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. There was a nice breakfast offering each morning. Check-in and out were a breeze.

No microwave in the room, but there was one in "breakfast area".

Breakfast was great with hot fresh coffee and different eggs for our 2 days. Fruit was fresh. Staff was pleasant and quick.

No DND on door but no new towels and washclothes and old towels removed by 6PM. Had to rqt from staff. They said there was DND but we removed it at 9AM that morning. Had to rqt toilet tissue.

Breakfast was ok, stayed two mornings and would have liked to have seen different options for protein such as turkey sausage, turkey bacon and or have egg white options. Overall, the coffee was good, a little flavor option would have been great.

I like your selections but would have liked to have seen a pork and a non pork eater options.

On the St John River - not too far from Rodeheaver Boys Ranch where we attended a bluegrass festival. We usually take our camper and stay at Ranch.

Closet extremely small…hardly enough room for one person’s clothes… let alone two person’s.

Christy checked me in and was very friendly and told me about the surrounding area and attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Great location to attractions and dining options in downtown

Just a little pricey. Maybe since I don't travel as much anymore I'm not used to the inflationary price of hotels compared to pre-covid travel

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the river, and the friendly staff. As soon as my husband and I walked in, the staff greeted us with smiles and checked us in immediately. Not only was the room (307) extremely clean, but it was extremely comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying again!

The only negative thing that I could say about this location that there is no pool.

The breakfast was fantastic, lot of variety every day. The view from the room was nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

I don't really have any complaints to be honest. The room was clean and comfortable. At most maybe add a microwave in the room or extrat toilet paper.

I really liked the location. It has a nice view of the lake. Breakfast was ok. For those that like to drink The there is a beer and wine across the street from it. Has a few places to eat without having to get in you car to drive there.
