Rooms were exceptionally clean, and Motel was up there with the best. Beds' good overall look was impressive.ie nice big rooms. The shower and bathroom were exceptionally tidy and roomier than normal, and the lounge area was very expansive.

TV didn't go. Batteries in remote were badly coroded. Replaced by Management. Still didn't go. Only Freeview channels NO SKY. (Management did offer another unit to just watch rugby later) Daily room maintenance didn't occur. Coffee, sugar tea, etc. as well as Towels are not replaced or room cleaned. This was a necessity as promised in the room information book. Management on approach over latter at least provided Towels. Management was apologetic over most problems. Future comments by people staying here would determine if our visit was just a hiccup.

It was warm and parking was right outside the property. It was easy to find. Friendly staff would definitely go back. Nice toiletries too.

Our apartment was close to the road and we could hear the cars - they weren’t too noisy but it is the main road into town. It wouldn’t stop me staying there again

The bed in unit 2 was exceptional and much better than the bed in unit 5 we stayed in either in the week

The electric blanket on the right side of the bed when looking the bed from the foot end was not working. The shower in unit 2 was dismal compared to the shower pressure in unit 6 which was outstanding, may need to look at why this might be considering these units are so close to each other.

A really nice motel, friendly staff, good sized room with large wetroom with excellent hot water and supply of towels, and well equipped kitchenette. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night. I thought the traffic noise might be an issue but we hardly noticed it.

Quite a walk from the city centre- and not much locally in the way of restaurants etc - but nothing major in the way of negatives.

Great value for money - clean and comfortable. Overall, good value for money for the nights stay. About a 20/25min walk into centre.

The fridge didn’t work / wasn’t turned on. We assumed it was when we checked in, only realised the next morning when leaving that it hadn’t been on so we had to throw some food away. Mentioned to the lady at reception - no apology, just that she’d check the power

Reception guy was very helpful also had the room heated and warm and ready for us, as we arrived so late in the evening. Rooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone passing through invercargill. Thank you for hosting our stay.

Staff were exceptionally helpful with directions, places to find for shopping items and where to wash your car! The motel though a little dated, had everything we required and was incredibly spacious. The beds were large and comfortable and the pillows particularly sink into. Great guest laundry, fabulous waterpressure and shower. Handy to everything. Full kitchen, so easy.

Everything. The bedrooms are large beautiful comfy beds nice linen electric blankets. Good size lounge dining and full kitchen with a stove and big fridge/freezer. It is in a good location to town. Supermarket about 3 mins down the road. Big bathroom that has been modernized with great shower pressure. Plus you have to try Fat Bastards Pies 🥧 just down the road.

Car parking for each designated unit was excellent with numbering on each area ment clear direction to park.
