Loved the location if you want to be within good biking distance of both the east and west sides of the island. It's a lot more peaceful than the east side (except for the roosters all hours of the night!) So bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The owner/staff was always very friendly! And the resident cat Bamboo is adorable and very well loved/looked after.

There is no hot water for showering (this didn't bother us much during the day as the sun shines in the outdoor shower). There's no room cleaning during your stay (again, this didn't bother us, but may for others) Some of the roads to get to the Bungalows are not yet paved, so beware if you are walking with suitcases, it may be a little difficult ! :) we hired bikes to get there and it was great fun.

I had a truly wonderful time staying at Love Coconut! Wayan is one of the most open, funny, and warm-hearted human I’ve met – his joyful energy makes you feel instantly at home. What makes this place truly special is the people – there’s a deep sense of kindness, connection, and genuine care. The bungalows are small and cozy, nestled in a beautiful garden full of tropical plants. Waking up to birdsong and the gentle sounds of the island, you feel grounded and held by nature. There’s such a peaceful, healing vibe here – everything flows at your own pace. The hammock in front of the bungalow is the perfect spot to just be and feel the moment. Breakfast is made with love – the smoothie bowl and banana pancakes were absolutely delicious! Love Coconut is located in the heart of Gili T, so everything is easy to reach, but it still feels quiet and peaceful. Even the mosque is barely audible here (unlike in the center where it can be quite loud). Wayan helped me organize a bike right away (e-scooters are available too), and also arranged activities like snorkeling and surfing. One night we even had a BBQ with the kindest group of people – warm vibes, heartfelt conversations, and that true island feeling of connection. You don’t just stay here – you become part of a little island family. A deeply touching highlight was Wayan’s Balinese prayer – it brought a sense of peace and spiritual depth that made the stay truly unique. What makes this place so magical is the harmony of all the little things: the lush nature, the island’s calm rhythm, the warmth of the people, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel safe, inspired, and at ease. Gili T is often known for its party side, but this place shows you the soulful, magical side of the island – and I promise, it’s unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back. I honestly can’t recommend it enough and I’m incredibly grateful for the beautiful time I had here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

LOVE this place! Wayan made us feel so at home, was happy to help us with whatever we needed, and is the best host. The huts are clean, and nicely decorated (although more shelves in the bathroom would be good!) Great place to meet other travellers, and a 10 min cycle from the coast road and lots of nice bars/restaurants. Super quiet at night. Will be going back with all our friends!

Don't be put off by the walk from the ferry - the surrounding area is a bit gross (farm/rubbish) - but once you're inside Love Coconut - it's heaven. The AC wasn't fantastic, and remember you're on a small island, so it's not high-end. Also - things happen on island time! A communal table/chairs to eat at (by the pool) would be nice :)

The Love Coconut is one of a kind. So underrated and doesn't get half of the credit it should get! Wayan and Agus put so much work, ideas and love into this place. Always a warm welcome to the guests and a fresh glass of water on arrival. The Bungalows are so comfy and the refreshing shower under the stars is a dream! The bed is super comfy and if there is any issue you can always talk to the boys and they immediately try their best to find a solution for you. Other than that they are happy to help you with laundry pick up, food, bikes, snorkel gear or tours. The breakfast is delicious! I don't know why this place doesn't get the credit it is worth for but if you want a quiet place for yourself or as a couple with a wolderful welcoming vibe this is the place to be. Not to mention the bonfire and jamming nights by the pool. The more the better right! What a wonderful experience, thank you for everything Wayan and Agus.

Everything was perfect!

A hidden paradise, the atmosphere and the aesthetic of the bungalows is perfect. Staff is really nice and friendly, always ready to have a conversation. Bonus - the kitten, Bambu, has stole my heart! Breakfast was really tasty and healthy, rooms are small but cozy and clean, I loved the outdoor bathroom. The pool was clean and warmer than the others I've been in, which made me have pleasant night swimmings. With 10 minutes biking you can reach either sides of the islands, just be careful because some streats are completely dark and full of holes!

Breakfast preparation was a bit slow. Keep in mind that the road to reach the bungalow is a bit hard either by bike and by walking with luggages, but we still refused to use the poor horses! This place is worth the walking, and Gili T is definitely a location for backpacks and not luggages.

Everything was on point! Comfortable & clean. Wayan and Bambu made us feel right at home, very welcoming and extremely kind. Made us tasty breakfast and even had the chance to enjoy a bbq/campfire! We did not want to leave! We also enjoyed the fact that it wasn't on the main streets, a little more central on the island so more quiet but very accessible by bike or walking.

It was a lovely and cute place. Every little detail was really beautiful and the peace around as well. Great place, pool, nice breakfast... And the staff were so cool. Very recommended!!! We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for everything 😊🙏🏻

We had a really nice stay at love coconut, the bungalows are really clean and it’s a nice ambiance with the pool! The best thing about this place was the hospitality, we ate a wonderful homemade breakfast every morning! Would recommend
