Great central location. Some people say that it's noisy, but I really had no trouble sleeping, even on the weekend (I stayed on first floor). I'm definitely not a light sleeper though. Breakfast had variety - eggs, bacon, yoghurt, excellent pastries. In my opinion, the value for money was good, some of my colleagues stayed in more expensive hotels in the area, which had smaller rooms and worse location.

Carpet was a bit dirty under my bed - I usually don't look under my bed, but something fell there while picking it up, I saw some strange crumbs. Pillow was a bit too thick for my taste. Also, light sleepers might have some trouble with the central location.

Everything! Great view over the square, big room, comfortable bed, bathtub, fridge in the room, very friendly and accomodating staff. It's an old style hotel and has a lot of character. Convenient setting next to train and bus station. The town is a very close walk, and there are plenty of bars, cafes, a bakery and supermarkets (and an organic store) nearby. Don't think twice...stay here!

Weak coffee and simple breakfast. That being said, it was included in the price of the room, and situated in the upper level of the cafe. Can't really complain!

We had everything we needed, including a fan in the room (which is definitely needed in the summer) I read several negative reviews about the beds but honestly found them very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was decent and the staff was attentive. The bathroom was big and the shower was really good and clean. The location is superb and close walking distance to the city center.

The safe in the room was not attached to the closet which is a bit weird and counter-productive. Although the staff helped us with our luggage, it's important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator and is not disabilities accessible.

Location in the historic building, in the Train station square. The room was remodeled with a big space. Three windows to the square and a balcony. Bus station in front of hotel. We get one to go to Mechelen. That was beautiful. Breakfast very good 10 minutes walking to old town

This hotel is very close to the train and bus station in Leuven and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town hall. There is a bar and cafe below the rooms. It is a busy but very pleasant location. The rooms are quiet and clean. There was a wide variety of choice for the breakfast. The staff were friendly and efficient.

There isn't anything not to like about this little hotel.

A standard ensuite room that faced the lovely square right outside of Leuven station. The outside was lively, with popular bars and people walking around but not noisy. A generous breakfast was included and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my requests to store luggage. This is a great choice for a stay in Leuven! Thanks!

The floor creaked a little and it was a tad expensive, but understandable since it was for Easter weekend...

Great location near the train station. And though somewhat old, the building looks nice.

The age of the building results in some noises, which adds to the noise coming from the open terrace area (which is expected, and not an issue in the spring, however, in the summer, when sleeping with closed windows is not so convenient any longer, it could be a problem). A minor inconvenience was the timing of breakfast, starting only at 8 in the morning over the weekend, but this was also because I had to take early trains.

The breakfast was an excellent choice/had a variety choices/ healthy food and the location was very good/ easy transportation

The room doesn’t have a air conditioner and it was a little bit difficult to sleep at night because it was too hot/the temperature

Very practical, just beside the train and bus station, some minutes towards central of city. Excellent breakfast. Even face to principal street, restaurants, it was quiet.

When the room is totally closed, the air is not fresh and some smells disturb. The mattress of the bed was too bouncy so for people who have problems with their backs, is not at all good.

I was very impressed of the flexibility of the receptionist: They prepared my room quickly, to give me an early check-in, I could cancel my last night for personal reasons. I could see, that they are hardly busy, but still they paid attention to my issues, fulfilling all my wishes an on top exceptional friendly to me and among the team. I could see, that they have a very friendly, playfull and respectfull team-culture.
