I liked the room once they changed it twice to get a clean room

Did not like the virtual part with no staff and texting

Building seems old and the room where they sell some snacks was a little dirty, but other than that the place is surprisingly good. Location is awesome and the room was very good, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well, I’ve event worked remotely using it and have no complaints. Having no staff, with all the process being online, was a little bit odd but it worked well overall.

It wasn’t a big deal, at least for me, but a checkin at 4pm it’s a little bit different from what normally hotels do.

The room was extremely clean and recently renovated. The bedding was fresh and smelled clean. The bathroom was spotless. There was a reusable tote filled with essentials for the room and reusable cups trademarked with "Fin's Inn." The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the beach, less than 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to the boardwalk. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and was not over crowded. It was also very quiet! We did not here a sound from anyone staying at our hotel after 9pm. We will definitely be back!

The location in Myrtle Beach near the beach and restaurants was great - this is why we chose Fin's Inn. The room was very clean and included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were very comfortable.

It is motel with no office. All communication is via text. We saw no staff so cannot comment on staff. No room services. This also made it feel less secure.

Very nice room and bathroom. 2 beds with pullout couch. Close to beach and shops.

Bathroom barn door didnt stay closed was a little difficult to keep closed, air conditioner didnt reach front room and it was not cooled enough and also leaked.

Easy access to my room. Clean. At some point it was quiet. Staff who i spoke with on the phone was pleasant and accommodating

The smell of marijuana, No cable, had to use the smart TV aspect. no place to hang my clothes.

All the negative reviews are crazy this place is clean nice and affordable. In the middle of all the sites and fun and the staff is Awesome. The Virtual check and response to any issues is prompt they fix the problems immediately. I Coach Basketball and we will always stay here

Our door code did not work, website stated hairdryer but did not have. They said they would update website. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived

Close to the beach. Very clean. Great value. Nice pool. I like the virtual check in and the keypad locks so we did not have to carry a keycard.

There was no soap provided. There was only one small trash can in the room. The drawers did not have handles on them so they could not be used.

Location to to break was great. The staff responded promptly to any questions that I had

AC was in the back. I did have to buy a fan to go off the main room
