Excellent air conditioning. Shower and bath in deluxe room. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Bike storage in a cellar stairwell, accessible to staff but not the public. Very comfortable bed (one of the best on our trip). Soft bathrobes and large towels. 24 hr room service for snack-type meals. Large comfortable room with carpet. Small Juliette balcony overlooking the street, but exposed to the rain so we didn't use it. Huge smart TV.

Lift not functional during our stay.

The rooms were modern, comfortable beds and a good shower. The bathrobes were soft and great coffee machine too. The location was perfect for easily getting around the markets and close to a great selection of local bistros and wine bars. The staff were very friendly and especially helpful when arranging our airport transfers.

Not a major issue by any means, all I would say is the breakfast was good but for 20 euro per person, I do not think it is value for money and much better options available in the town.

Shower heads' water flow is strong and nice. Excellent location. Comfy bed and beddings are very clean. Good slippers and bath robes. Because of the convenient location we stay one more night but had to move to a different room (a lot bigger with a bath) by paying double. Good street view and you can see mountains from the balcony, which is nice. Friendly staff.

Only coffee machine no tea making facility. No liquid milk just creamer. Small room so you can barely turn around without squeezing yourself. Stayed for two nights in the Superior standard room but no top up with fresh water bottle although the tap water is pretty good quality.

Room service was provided daily, including towel replacements, washroom cleaning, room tidying up and bed preparation. The hotel is located exactly in the heart of the city. Breakfast was full of healthy items of my choice.

To be honest. There was nothing that I didn't like. The staff was very supportive and welcoming, including those who work at the reception, cleaning and canteen.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but there are a lot of homeless people with large, free-running dogs camped on the street just outside of the hotel. One of these dogs tried to attack our dog. We didn't feel safe walking outside after that.

The Grand Hotel Grenoble was a hotel that really surprised me. It is located in a tourist area of ​​the city where you can explore the city on foot. It is centrally located, the room is quiet, large and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely furnished and very clean rooms. The air conditioning was super and worked very well. The bed was comfortable and a quiet location despite being in the centre, so we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good.

The parking was a challenge and a little way from the hotel. It was hard to work out how to drop the bags and we had to drive over tramlines which was a bit scary.

The staff were absolutely fabulous, have been travelling for a few weeks now so really rate how helpful they were. Something went wrong with the key pad so we couldn’t access our room. The staff were efficient and ensured our needs were met including moving us to another room once they were able get in. Location is amazing to the beautiful town of Grenoble. Recommend to stay!

Overall nice hotel, you can’t get better location, it’s super central. Breakfast choice not massive but all we have tried was good. I appreciated water filter at the reception, always great to have water available at no additional cost!

Very nice indeed. Just about the perfect location, a very short walk from the nearest tram station and just around the corner from the town square. It is at the edge of the old town, and so a short work from the most interesting part of the city. Nice room, with good air conditioning when the outside temperature touched 100° Fahrenheit. Soufian at the front desk was most hospitable. If I had to knock anything, it would be the 17 Euro breakfast, where the choices were more limited than I expected.
