Location was quiet, safe, easy to find and fairly central - short, easy walking distance from restaurants, market and shops. Our room was very stylish - minimalist vibe but well furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my daughter and I slept very peacefully! We particularly loved the shower as it was much nicer than the one we have at home. The breakfast was great - plenty of variety in terms of food and the cakes were delicious. The assistance from the hotel staff was second to none - they contacted us via whatsapp before we arrived to help us with our late check-in and ensured we would have no issues finding or accessing our room. They also sent us lots of useful information to help us enjoy our stay in Tirana and when we checked out they kindly printed our boarding passes for us. The hotel is a great option for people who want the perfect mix of local hospitality and beautiful interiors and also those who want a bit of peace and quiet and simplicity after a busy day sightseeing!

We were happy with everything, but it may not suit people who want something extremely central and very lively/social as the hotel was very quiet (we were there in low season though)

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff was excellent and did a great job, even offered us packed lunch for our flight home! I don't think i've ever seen hotel that clean. Everything was spotless and insanely clean. The rooms are kept in a beautiful aesthetic and are well equipped. The location is perfect, it is very close to basically anywhere you would possibly want to go. We had a great time and I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is a newly refurbished building, very central but quiet and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good. They kindly let us leave our luggage when we went off to Berat for a night. The rooms are very clean and new.

The room we were in was very small, dark as not much natural light and although they upgraded me I could not see the difference from other rooms. There were no pics on Booking.com except of the suites. Everything is new but little things like the mirror too low in the bathroom, shower flooding the bathroom were slightly annoying. No chair or desk table etc but access to the courtyard with outdoor furniture.

Location is great, in the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The best was the communication of the hotel receptionists, unfortunately I forgot to ask for their names, they were very nice, kind and helpful, texted us the directions and other details on the hotel and sightseeing by WhatsApp. Also, parking was nicely arranged at a very short notice. Rooms were clean, the bed was the most comfortable out of other 4 hotels we stayed at during our 11-days travel to Albania and Montenegro. We stayed at this hotel one night before our flight back home. A special thing is their breakfast. The choice is less than one would expect, but it has gorgeous home made cakes and pies freshly baked by the nice lady there. I would like to thank her for amazingly tasty breakfasts she prepares and serves. Thank you very much to all the hotel team, we will come back.

This hotel is in a great location near the main Bazaar and lots of restaurants. It is beautifully finished and has a very calming atmosphere, quality fittings and sheets, and very comfortable beds. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming, so helpful before, during and after our stay, including going out of their way to print something for us a week after we had stayed! Brilliant service, going above and beyond. We will be back! On parking - we were too late to be able to reserve hotel parking but reception recommended a car park just a minute away where we left our car for a reasonable rate and it felt safe.

Very quality boutique hotel, nicely decorated, freshly renovated. The hotel is housed in a rehabilitated villa that once housed the Ministry of Culture. The decor with great attention to detail and a very consistent combination of tradition and modernity. A very big asset is the pleasant owner, who is on site every day and tries very hard to make every guest feel comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Tirana, the staff speaks English very well. Nice breakfasts, which can also be eaten on the terrace - coffee and croissant prepared fresh. I can sincerely recommend for a stay in Tirana, if I visit in the future I will definitely stay there. Many thanks to the owner for the stay :)

First of all, I really love how clean everything is. I know it might sound weird, but for me it's a very important factor of my comfort, and in F&P I felt very comfortable. The clean room and beautiful, spotless bathroom definitely made me feel like home. Same with the staff: very helpful, very nice, you feel that they want to make your stay with them a good experience, not only come to work to do a bare minimum. If you need to work, as I did, you'll be surprised by how fast the internet connection is! Location – close to a car rental and in walking distance from the center is a big plus. There is a lot of beautiful daylight, so if the mornings are sunny you'll experience extra aesthetic moments there. Extra points for a comb in the welcome pack waiting for guests in the room, cause that was the exact moment I realized I forgot my hair brush - lifesavers!

First off, we started our Albania trip with this hotel, and I can’t wait to go back. From the beginning, the experience was flawless with very few interactions, the check-in process was fully automated. Location was perfect, situated in the Tirana old town, and we were able to walk within a few minutes to the to the restaurants and shops. I loved that the hotel was an old house that was beautifully renovated, it felt very authentic and fit very well with the whole theme of being in the old town part and reclaiming some of our Albanian identity. The light would come in the room sooo beautifully I will never forget it. ☀️ There was parking for a few cars available in the premises, but from what I understood there is always parking options in the street as well. We had the breakfast as well, which was so homey and delicious. Had the full entourage of breakfast buffet but no serving hot food. Good quick breakfast. As an Albanian living abroad, I truly appreciate the respect and care the hotel had given to Albanian heritage and keeping the authenticity in every part of the design and experience. Each room was its own Albanian city, which made it such an interactive experience. I got to teach my daughter about things that she would probably not be interested in otherwise :) The owner was there to greet us and make sure we were happy with everything. It was so good to chat with her, it made sense that this amazing boutique hotel had the touch of a woman.

This hotel has the perfect location! We loved the lockbox at the entrance, that made everything easier and faster, check in hours are from 7am to 9pm so they give you a code to access the building anytime you like. The place was very attractive, comfortable and spacious rooms it really felt like home to us. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was basic but delicious, everything you need to start the day. They have a garden inside the hotel with an Olive tree where you can relax and that’s very nice. We definitively will stay at Faces&Places again next time we visit Tirana.

It was our first introduction to Albania / Tirana! We have been so incredibly surprised by this Boutique hotel! It is a hidden gem ( just opened ) from where you can visit the city perfectly and on your return enjoy the oasis of tranquility. Not to mention the team and in special Megy who takes the stay to the next level by her hospitality/information and arranging taxis/good restaurants etc. We decided to end the last 2 days of our road trip (3wk)at this fantastic Boutique hotel!
