The 3-11 desk clerk( Belle) was very helpful with how to use TV (/I think most hotels have TV “how to” problems and this was very minor problem). Desk clerk loaned Dave a Samsung cord/ connector as he’d left his at home . Morning clerk both Saturday and Sunday were cheerful and helpful and also at breakfast meal and . Always happy to help with any queries . Your staff at this Travelodge in Richmond Hill is to be commended AND The breakfast.very very good ! Better than I expected! Accommodations:The room ..we had a basic room( 2 queen beds, desk chair dresser, lovely huge Tv. And bathroom shower/ tub etc Everything was clean ! We truly liked the No carpet floor! The beds were wonderful , the heating perfect Housekeeping: Actually I chatted briefly with the housekeeping lady who does the cleaning..again an admirable person and pleasant and the room showed how well she did her job Parking : good According to my expectations….You can be proud of this location Marion & Dave Kelly

Nothing ..lived up to what it said

Very comfortable beds, for the price we paid for 4 people it was actually perfect! Clean room, nice hot shower, fridge and microwave and coffee machine also included in the room. Breakfast selection was very varied and my daughter loved the waffle maker! Free parking on site with loads of spaces. Lovely friendly staff, they let us pop back to to our room to use the toilet after breakfast.

Can't say anything negative, only thing j can think if I had to be really lucky was that there was no microwave for the Porridge sachets at breakfast but you could just use hot water instead. Excellent stay for the price we paid.

Very Good location, access to all our needs! Parking right on the property! Rooms comfortable and clean! Staff very courteous and helpful Continental breakfast was excellent!

Outside of property needed some repair, but after entering to the lobby, everything was satisfactory!

Location. Value. I also liked how quiet it is at night. Considering that it's right on Yonge St, it's remarkably quiet.

I appreciate that it's a Continental breakfast but, it became a tad monotonous. It would have been nice for just a bit of variety. Just a small complaint -- it wasn't enough to negate my experience and to recommend the property. Disappointed it didn't have a pool and/or hot tub but ....Ok

We loved the location and the cleanliness! The property is great - if you are looking for a cost effective solution for your trip to Toronto, I would highly recommend staying here! It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles BUT makes up for it with location, friendliness and a great free breakfast!

The beds were a little small, but still comfortable

The hôtel was very clean,there were air freshener everywhere so it smelt good,the rooms too,the staffs were very helpful and cheerful.Their service was like a 5 star hotel.The room service is very good too they bring you whatever you need at anytime even at night.

Staff are overly nice, An incredible hotel maid cleaned up my room mid visit, none of my items went missing which I’m paranoid about at ANY hotel! Room was in good conditions, bed was very comfortable and the AC unit worked wonderfully during a heat wave!

Stafff as usual we’re always great and accommodating.

Had to sleep below suitable temperatures becuase the heater didn’t “kick on” as mentioned it would … 16degreess pumpin from the heat box all night long. Everything else was superb… just room 106 needs to have heater repaired
