location is fantastic, food is good. there are entertainment in the hotel, like kareoke in the bar and dance night however they do not advertise it. there is a good size balcony to dry wet clothes which made my life much easier.

we had to pay for every drink at dinner time, even for water. breakfast drinks were free, however long queues. air conditioning was leaking on my friends room, so we complained to the reception and they sorted it out

the room was clean, modern, great lighting through a backlit bed, a mirror and a PC panel without a central ceiling light. the bathroom was clean, a large shower, everything in good condition, no damaged or non-functioning items. the staff was available at the reception 100% of the time, they were very nice and helpful. Wifi was amazing, speed approx. 25 mbps, but it was available completely in the entire area, even 50m outside the area, that is, not like in many hotels where wifi is available for an additional fee and only available at the reception. Breakfast and dinner were equally great. Whenever during the available time, everything was replenished, fresh, and there was a huge selection of food. The hotel surprised me a lot

I can't say it's bad because it's a 3* hotel, but I would appreciate a refrigerator in the room, it's a plus star if I'm not mistaken, so it's fine. the air conditioning was functional.

We had only breakfast+dinner; this hotel did not provide lunches, but the food was really good, especially for dinner (but the drinks were paid for during the dinner - water bottle 2.60Euro, wine glass - 2.50Euro, wine bottle 6 Euro) The room was nice and neat, we lived on the 2nd floor. It was quiet almost all of the time, some neighbors listened to music several time, but the noise was okay. Just once (out of 9 nights) we asked someone to make it silent (at 1 am) - they did ;) The cleaning was not perfect, but they changed linen and towels every day - and I left tips every day as well. Maybe this is the Spanish style of making the room, without much efforts.. The staff was friendly. The only thing I asked if that is possible to pack our breakfast as we leave at 7.30 am that day - they said there is no such a service in here, sorry. Maybe it is true, but it is strange. Most of the hotels do provide that if you leave early. Anyway, I did not have any huge expectations from the hotel. I bought a trip just "today for tomorrow" and just took what was available in the area close to the beach I like - and it was a good experience! This is the first time we were at an "Adults only" place - I have not seen any of "Thematic" ;) features and behaviors I imagined about these types of the hotels ;) Realy good to rest without children's screams. (I am a mom, if any ;))

- they did not wash the floor under the beds, despite I left tips every day, and some dust and hair (not even mine) was rolling down the room LOL ;) - they did not pack our breakfast

The AC is appreciated, although it turns off when the veranda is open or the card is removed. Two pools, one for chilling and one for more active activities. Sunbeds available for free. Indoor and outdoor bar, although cash only. Pool tables Ping pong table Friendly and helpful staff Good options for breakfast

The double bed was just two twin beds stuck together, it kept separating very often which was not nice. The TV is extremely small, can barely see it from the bad. The lift is very slow, faster to use the stairs

A varied and satisfying breakfast, towels were changed every day, a generally clean hotel, new furniture, fresh renovations in the bathroom, and the air conditioner worked for both cooling and heating. Nice personal. Convenient location. Close to the beach and bus stops.

Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear noise from the street and from the corridor and neighboring rooms. But earplugs, as always, save the day)

The property is at a good location, the rooms are decent size, the breakfast provided was also good value.

They don’t give you a mini fridge with the room, however you can rent one from reception for €40 for 7 days (cash payment only for some reason), however the mini fridges(they changed ours twice) are quite small and weak and barely keep the drinks cool, and not cold.

Very nice hotel staff very helpful little bit of a hill to climb from the sea front I was staying for 5 nights half board based decided to stay extra 6 nights due to the weather being fine and the food was ok can't fault the place for the money you pay

The restaurant is down stairs no lift so have to walk down stairs could be a problem for some people I tended to sit in the normal table and always asked if I would like a drink with my dinner apart when the waitress was on day off was never asked by the other waters so there loss the drinks are very reasonable priced for a hotel you would pay more in the bars outside the hotel entertainment limited suppose to have karaoke 2 nights out of the first 5 nights this never happened so I took my business elsewhere at night Shame because I would have stayed in the hotel on these nights once again there loss

Restaurant workers were always pleasant and courteous. The variety of food selection was excellent. All the workers seemed to take their job seriously in presenting good quality food.

I did not like having to pay for water or a beer every dinner. My hotel bill was 1,400E. Why should I have to pay for water? Drinks should be included when the hotel bill is that high.

Sunny clean spacious room with sea view. Highly recommend half-board, breakfasts are splendid, so are the dinners – really rich. There is always some local speciality, chefs are excellent. Paella, fresh fruits and vegetables, fantastic desserts. Every day and every night something slightly different. Waitresses and waiters working really really hard there, so does the room cleaners. Downstairs is a huge bar, two swimming pools with cocktail bar. Beach is really near and the area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, across the road is a little park. Excellently connected with Palma, comfortable location for discovering the island.

Towels are exchanged every day, even while not being really used – that is not ecological, neither economical. Walls are really thin, so you have to hope that you will get a decent mindful neighbours. In the restaurant is missing description of ingredients, signs which meals are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, sugar free, which contain nuts, lactose or seafood. The staff is not always aware of the ingredients.

Delicious food with some variety and very friendly staff. It was a quiet,peaceful stay in April. Enjoyed the lovely pool and views of the gardens. Great value for money! Do catch the land train along to C'an Pastilla for nice views and cafes.

The double bed was 2 singles so we kept falling down the crack!
