This property is an incredible location. A quick walking distance to the subway, S-Bahn, and regional trains. The hotel served an incredible breakfast complete with traditional, scrambled eggs, Bavarian, sausage, cold, cut meats, cheeses, yogurt, bar, cereal, bar, fruits, fresh made German pastries, juices, and two “fancy“ coffee machines, or you can make espresso, cappuccino, milk coffee, etc.. also, if you like Dörners, there is an amazing, little family operated restaurant right across the street that serves one of the most amazing Pita sandwiches I have had on all my trips.

Although the room is quite small, the bathroom is almost claustrophobic. If you are a bigger person, it might be hard to get between the wall and the toilet. I am 200 pounds and didn’t have a problem but felt very cramped. It serves its purpose, but I don’t think I would’ve been happy. Had I weighed 250. Also, the only garbage can is in the bathroom and it’s only a 1 gallon can.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. They're happy to support and answer every questions and give us very useful suggestion for our trip. The hotel is locate on good location. Close to main train station and easy to visit attactive desination in Munich. There is a good Thai reataurant , Noppakao, beside the hotel which I love to recommend you to try. I would like to say that there taste is very good and better than some restaurent in Thailand. Try if you love Thai food.

The room is close to road which locate many restaurants. Then in some night you can hear some noice but you can close the window and use air conditional in the room. However, it's tiny problem and no problem for stay here. The room is quite comfortable but has little space.

Great location. Very clean

The hotel faces a road with a tram rails. So it is a bit noisy. Nothing unbearable but worth mentioning it. The bath is very small. I'm 183cm, 82kg and I can't imagine someone bigger than to be able to use it. A bit pricy but considering the location I think it is ok

It was centrally located to most public transportation systems and it made easy to move around the city. Breakfast was good but should be included in the room price. Or at least mention on the online bookings,

The room was a bit small and had nowhere to really hang your clothes, Bathroom was tiny not enough room to use the sink.

Location is around a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 mins away from the 'Old Town' area. Room was exactly as shown on some of the pictures (I had a double bed room), wifi and air con worked great in the room and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were very friendly. They have a bar on site which is open until midnight which was handy as we arrived late. Never had the breakfast myself but did order a pizza from the kitchen which was nice and bigger than expected. Prices for both the local beer and food were cheaper than I expected for a hotel too

The hotel was very good. In terms of location, it is close to everywhere and in the middle of all transportation centres. It is also convenient for walking distance. The rooms are clean but small, it was suitable for us as we did not spend much time in the room.

The staff was very good and friendly except for one person. I don't know her name unfortunately but as far as I understood she was Spanish or Mexican. She was quite rude and preferred never to speak English with us. At the end of the day she tried to scold us for not understanding her. We never approved of her behaviour. Apart from that, everyone who took care of us was very sweet

Location. Convenient to Train station, restaurants, Christmas markets (Marienplatz and Medieval). The breakfast was great. I LoVE the coffee and the croissant with chocolate.

The rooms are small (when compared to the Ibis in Amsterdam). Our room did not get cleaned one day but the staff opened the windows so we know she came to our room but forgot to come back. The room keys did not work half of the time so we had to keep going back down to the reception area to activate it. For future travelers, the area may look a bit sketchy but we did not feel unsafe. We had men in our group but we were mostly women. There is a night club very close to the hotel but I really did not see any worrisome people.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking around the main attractions in Munich city. It is a short 15 min walk to Marion Platz and there is a grocery shop about 10 mins away. It is easy to navigate from the hotel with Google Maps live. The hotel room is small but adequate. The bathroom is tiny! There is a metro station 5 mins away if you need to get public transport. The breakfast was very good, especially the waffle station! The staff were pleasant and helpful and the wifi is good.

Initially, we were booked into a room on the second floor, but when we entered the room, there was very bad smell. We asked to be moved to a new room and the staff accommodated us immediately.

1. quite inspite of central and busy road. 2. closeness to train station. 3. phantastic with car house parking. 4 I liked good, priceworthy , interestning and very international restaurants in the neighbourhood 5. walking distance and super closeness to center and art gallerias and Zirkus Krone. 6. so very nice reception staff, helpful and efficient 7. Strassenbahn stop directly 15 meters away and with DIRECT line to operahouse-Residenz-city center, so good and safe way to get back to hotel, also in the evenings. 8. If you go to opera or theater, Strassenbahn ticket is included, for your info.

1. Breakfast very nice, but for me unnecessarily expensive: I usually only have a cup of coffee in the morning . 2. Bathroom, it is important to inform the guest in advance about its size. It was enough for humble little me , but I would not choose it together with my husband, who needs bigger bathroom to be able to turn around in it. 3. area is "Spielhölle" and "table dance" area: uncomfortable and did not like to walk alone as a women during evenings. I experienced fights among arab clans in the area a parallel streets away, tumbling out of a "Speilhölle" during day time: would not necessarily choose it with family and kids.
