The unprofessional of the Guest Service Spanish Receptionist at the front Desk and how we were treated when we arrived at the hotel there where other employees sitting and laughing and play as we enter the hotel and continue to play and at the front area unprofessional as we where being Service at the front desk. The Sales Manager finally came out to assist us we never got a apology from the Spanish Receptionist. The sales manager was great. We will choose Hampton Inn Suites on our future Stays next time.

Very clean and comfortable room. King size bed with sofa bed and kitchenette, which offers all the creature comforts of home. Bathroom has tub/shower and very decent sized closet with organizers should you need to find a place for a longer stay. Has full sized ironing board and iron, hair dryer as well. You don't need to pack the shampoo, conditioner or body soap as they have liquid full sized bottles easily accessible in the shower. WIFI has 0 issues. Does have an outdoor pool. Easy access to I 77

i was visiting with family for my sons army vatic training graduation, rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, location was really close to base.

That was the best continental breakfast I've ever had! The quiche was superb!! There was also quite a selection of other breakfast items to choose from. The room was also clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was great. There was nothing I didn't like.

There was a typical continental breakfast served. The lady serving and replenishing the food was more than typical- she was exceptional! She went out of her way to make lively conversation with my entire family. She was a complete joy. The General Manager was exceptional as well. He gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and helped us when ours plans needed to change unexpectedly. As a matter of fact, every staff member we encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Only the bathroom had mirrors. I had 3 teenage and up daughters with me….could have used full body mirrors in the bedrooms

Parking was good and the staff were very helpful. I also enjoyed the no curfew and the 12 o’clock check out.

Pet friendly and there were a lot of people with dogs. It wasn’t their fault but I didn’t like it.

Marianella went above and beyond. I left a special item at the hotel and when I called, she offered to find it and ship it back to me at my expense. Phenomenal customer service!!

Breakfast was just barely warm and no coffee at 5:30 before flight.

Room was clean, comfy and quiet. Kitchen great for meals. Plenty of storage. Extra trash bags would have been handy for trash from cooking.

My family enjoyed the pool,comfortable beds and continental breakfast .friendly staff and amazing experience. Building was beautiful inside and out and very affordable we had a great trip

Very clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Stayed 3 days/2 nights in a 2 bedroom queen suite to attend events at Fort Jackson. Would definitely recommend.
