The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made my experience super great. The pool area was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the mini fridge in the room and the balcony view. Overall the hotel staff made my trip all worth it.

The room can have a few decorations like a picture frame or plants to make it feel more like home. Not much but a few. The wifi signal/speed was terrible. The restaurant staff can be more attentive to their guests as most of the time I had to reach out to them for something when I was dining in person at the restaurant.

staff was always very helpful, very friendly. location is excellent and the parking is very safe. The rooms were comfortable, extremely clean and A/C worked perfectly.

internet connection was very poor, even when I would come out of my room. also, we were told just 2 towels per room, even though the reservation was for 4 persons. Front desk gave us one extra towel after our request, but said small children are not entitled to a towel... I do not agree with this policy.

Restaurant staff are very attentive. We had a late afternoon lunch, as well as breakfast next day, which were both. As a bonus, the beer was cold cold cold! The garden is also very nice with lots of bright tropical flowers and plants.

The ladies' bathroom in the lobby was a bit dodgy. But that is the only thing that we truly had any complaint about. Time to upgrade that. Our external room door was also a bit worn.

The staff at this hotel is terrific, very helpful, good English. We arrived at night by car in a rainstorm, and they guided us around the block and into the parking lot (another good feature of the hotel) and protected us with umbrellas as they took the bags in. The restaurant is very good and open until 10 PM, which we really needed that night. The breakfasts are also good, with lots of choices. The location is very central. We didn't use the pool, but did sit by it. Room clean and quiet and well equipped.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Some wiggly faucets, dated window shades, Nothing functional, though.

This place is a gem within Chetumal! The room was fantastic and comfortable and all the staff (front desk, domestic staff, and restaurant staff) were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Chet.

More pillows on the king size bed would've been great. I'm sure I could've asked for more, but I didn't want to bother anyone.

We liked everything from the room, to the service, food and location of the hotel. Ive been staying g at this hotel for years and I've always had a great experience. Always recommend Los Cocos to anyone visiting Chetumal.

What can be improved is the wifi, it is very slow In the room.

Everything was good. Except I had to wait 2 hours for one of my room. Wish this could have been communicated to us so we could have scheduled out time better.

Waiting 2 hours for our room without precious communication that room was not ready.

The room was just perfect the blankets were so soft and cozy..

The restaurant service with the waiter took to long to attend us we were 10min seating waiting for a menu I had to grab one by myself and waiting for the waiter to take our order and never came so we just left..

The location was very good you can do all you shopping for clothing footwear and more . The room was ok 👌 restaurant and service 1000 very happy if i don't stay there for sure i go eat there 1000% very good.

The pool need more maintenance on time.

I Always love the restaurant, the kind waiting staff and I think I eat 2 meals a day when staying here, it makes my day easier when I can come home to a good meal and pleasant service. So, thank you for that!
