Exceptional location, great view , excellent accommodation. We had room with proper large bad for two persons. Kitchen just in front! Contact with Floriana was excellent, by phone easy to find and arrange. Yes you have to prepare 20 cents for elevator but not always. So read instructions before you come. We were on line with owners every time we needed, something and easily was fixed!

In January it could be colder so you need to leave a/c to work and that is not a problem. Shower is higher than other part of bathroom, so you need two towels on floor that they can collect water which sprinkles around! Other than that, perfect!

The hosts were really great. Available at all times, helpful, resourceful. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are fine, well equipped, functional. One room and the studio are great for couples with children. Some rooms have a nice balcony and view.

The whole thing is a bit misleading. I thought I had booked a whole apartment for my family of 13 people. It turned out that 1- we had only rooms within an open apartment, 2- there was another guest, 3- one couple of us had to stay in an outside studio. More important : this is not a luxury apartment. It is a collection of rooms, without any living room or common area, just a kitchen to share. Also, one room and the studio have no view at all.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Piazza della Carita on via Toledo. There are various good to excellent restaurants nearby and it is an easy stroll into Centro Storico and to the cable car to go up to Vomero to visit the Castel Sant'Elmo and Museo di San Mantino. On via Toledo near the cafe where you use the B&B coupon for breakfast you can buy tickets from the newsagent for day tours to Herculaneum, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Positano, and so on. It is also a short walk (taxi) to the port for ferries to the islands in the Bay of Naples or further afield to Palermo and other places. The hosts are very helpful with information too.

The location of this accommodation is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and access everything conveniently. The rented space is part of an apartment situated on the 7th floor of the building, which has an elevator for easy access. The apartment is divided into several separate rooms, each featuring its own private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The shower area is enclosed with glass and a shower curtain. Our chosen room had a balcony with a breathtaking view. Despite the city's hustle and bustle, noise was not an issue for sleeping. The room has high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. There is an open wardrobe area for storing clothes. A small table with chairs is provided in the room, along with air conditioning and a TV. The hairdryer was exceptionally powerful. The bed was large and comfortable. The interior design is stylish and tastefully arranged. The kitchen is shared and located at the end of the hallway. The building has an elevator, making access to the apartment effortless. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. If we visit Naples again, we will definitely choose this accommodation!

I had a great stay at Salotto Borbonico; the property is lovely, a big apartment converted into b&b, in the very centre of the city with transport, shops, restaurants only a few steps away, from early till late; the air conditioned room was very large and bright, extremely clean and everything was new, aside from the beautiful 1900 floor. The TV has a Fire stick that allows you to log in to your favourite movie providers. The bathroom is completely new, with a very large and powerful shower. The balcony was the cherry on the cake, big enough to host a table and chairs to enjoy the amazing view of San Martino, Sant’Elmo and the hills of Naples. The whole b&b spots lovely decoration, a mix of old and modern, and also offers a kitchen with water and coffee available to guests. They even have daily cleaning of the room and a voucher to enjoy and great breakfast at a bar nearby, with a wide choice of offerings. The host was extremely kind, provided all information and the check in was really efficient. Overall, this was probably the best b&b I have been to in Naples, over the years.

Nothing negative to say

Excellent location nearby the metro and easy commute to lots of the city's sights. Spacious clean apartment with access to communal kitchen. Great value for money and very comfortable. Excellent communication by host. Breakfast provided at nearby cafe - lovely pastries and coffee - opens at 06.30 so you can still enjoy breakfast if setting off early on trips. There is a lift available - which at peak times requires 20 cents - tokens are provided by the host at reception for this.

Suggest provide a kettle for making a drink

The lift was broken in the property the morning of arrival which meant we had to go in another lift and walk up over the roof, which had the most amazing views over the city, we went up here to watch the sunrise in the morning. The host that thought of everything, wine glasses, bottle opener, plates to use, lots of nice little touches. They made contact with us shortly before the requested arrival time and guided us to the apartment over the telephone.

We got a little confused as the where to go for breakfast as lots of information was provided at the same time. Maybe it could be written on the voucher as well as the hotel name.

Great location in middle of Naples, walking distance of most things although the walk from the train station with bags and over cobbles was a struggle when we arrived The rooms were clean and bright with air con no faults. Lovely hosts who helped us with taxis and recommended places to eat and we managed to try a few of them. Met the charming cleaning lady one morning who told us about the funicular railway, which saved us a hot up hill walk.👍 Would definitely stay again

No kettle, wasn’t a big thing and used pan & microwave.

Great location, next to old town any many attractions. Room was really clean, comfortable bed. Please be aware that all communication with the owner is trough phone, the only personnel you can see "on live" is the cleaning lady, who's really friendly. Owner answers really quickly, sends recommendations where to go for dinner etc. Although we didn't use the shared kitchen, it was really clean and well equipped. The breakfast was served at the café next to the hotel (across the street, photo added). For us it was really convenient as we could go there whenever it was suitable for us. Taxi station is across the street, metro is also really close. You can find nearby many great restaurant where to have lunch/dinner. Everything is in within walking distance so we didn't use any transportation during our stay.

Little bit difficult to find the right entrance as the front door looks like garage door (see the photo). But when we called to the owner, she explained really nicely where is the right entrance and how to find the elevator. Strange fact that to use the elevator you should pay 20 cents (in certain period of time of the day), but this is Naples :) We liked the idea that breakfast is served in public café, but the selection what includes on the price could be little better as it included only 1 coffee + 1 pastry + 1 juice. At least 2 coffee + 2 pastry/sandwich would be great. Owner was really polite when we asked after check out to leave our luggage until the evening. It was just little bit worrying to leave our luggage at the corridor, but in the end everything worked out great.

Location is very good. Very close to tourist attractions and public transport underground station Toledo simply 4-5 minutes walk. Location is full of cafe's and restaurant. Apartment was very neat & Clean. The owner Floriana was very responsive and caring. Enough tea , coffee, milk & sugar in the common kitchen. She guided us very nicely about visiting the Naples. The view of Naples city including Castle was amazing from the balcony.

Nothing to dislike.
