The attention of the person towards us. An spevial mention to the lady in the reception, she truly made us feel like home. She managed to leave indications about our check out and of course to the kitchen personnel who prepared the most lovely breakfast for us the day we left, we couldn'tstay for the breakfastbut the prepared it to go. Everyone was super nice and definitely staying in this very comfortable hotel was one of the best things that happened to us inTirana.

I was here in 2022, my first stay in Hotel Victoria. Coming back now, again in 2024. No second thoughts coming back to this hotel. Asrit, Stella, the "Owner" whom are always ready to help you out...even begging for a cup of coffee at 5.30am, and you get one piping hot from the machine... Really? I cannot find anything...

We had an excellent stay here. Rooms are big ,clean ,nicely furbished with a large bathroom and a mini bar. Breakfast is not very fancy but a correct and the nice staff asked us every day if we want something else to be prepared for us. Would defenetly stay again.

Not the case

Our stay there went very smooth thanks to the people working there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is tasty and breakfast too. They even baked gluten free cake for us, so much appreciated.

A Home, away from home. This is how I sum up our stay at Hotel Victoria each time. My fourth stay. The friendly and attentive staffs, superb chef Astrit, the owner are key reasons for my positive comments about this place.

Each time when I have to leave this place...

Great location, close to main attractions and on the bus route. Beds very comfortable. Receptionist Angela was very kind and helpful.

Room was a bit noisy being so close to the main road, but earplugs solved that.

Everything was great, parking, breakfast, big room.

The tv was just analog, few programs in Albanian. Is not a big issue, but some digital channels also in other languages could be something for foreign guests.

The room was very comfortable and we had more than enough space. The shower was amazing! The staff was super nice and always available to help. The Breakfast was good but the later you go the less options you have

It’s a bit far from the city center, maybe a 30mins walk from the airport bus stop.

I liked the style of the hotel, I liked the location, I liked the staff and that it was very clean. It was an awesome experience and with the right occasion I will repeat it.

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast had enough choices (even though it was summer and there were not a lot of guests); the products were fresh and everything was done with a smile. They took into account that we arrived very late (and waited for us with the breakfast way after the breakfast was closed) and they also provided a breakfast a 3 AM as we left very early. This hotel gives me a very big smile.
