Staff really responsive to messages/questions about booking. Very clear information given by email and text. Afterhours check in was smooth, map provided made it easy to navigate when arriving at dark. Cabin had entry light on and heater which was a really nice touch to make it a comfortable late arrival. Full kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave with dining table and lounge couches. Very comfortable to settle in for a few night stay. Used the sauna, staff were really helpful to book session and set it up. Park is really well kept and tidy. Had a look around at the BBQ areas, fire pits, camping kitchen and amenities. The camping bathrooms were impressive, large and appeared new. They were spotless.

Clean, well laid out cabin. Everything working as it should. Friendly staff on arrival. Easy access and comfortable. Having the cabin warm was very welcoming on arrival. Didn’t get to use any of the park amenities, but they looked great.

Some hammering when turning on the taps, but nothing to worry about as they worked as they should. Being a cabin for two, it seemed a bit strange to be provided with a single serve of hot chocolate drink and one biscuit. Overall, neither of these issues took away from an amazing and well maintained facility.

Location was pretty good, not too far from all the sites around Grampian. Staff was very friendly, kangaroos & birds around the cabin every morning, very relaxing. Didn't use other facilities much due to weather plus we went out hiking every day. The park would be good for a group of family or friends during summer to enjoy

Nothing else to say about the park, except is all good. For longer, you probably need to stock up more on essentials. There is only one local supermarket, so the price & varieties are not as good as in the city. Otherwise, we need to drive out to Stallwel, but they do have a few good cafe within 5-10 minutes from the park. Price are reasonble & food were good (mainly pub style food). We didn't try any restaurants so can't comment

Everything was good but there was only one air conditioner in the living room and the heat wouldn’t get into the rooms so it was a bit cold and once we arrived the kitchen had ants in it going up and down through the wall but I think maybe it’s because of the cold weather. Other than this amazing place very clean lots of things to do for the kids/ adults in the actual park

I think they should put small Kmart heaters at least in the bedrooms that doesn’t have air conditioning

Close enough to walk into town or the local hotel. Even walked home in the dark from the hotel. Pack a torch or use your phone flashlight though. Kangaroos everywhere. Music around the fire last night with someone on guitar and singing. Plenty for little ones to do.

I kept getting lost in the dark trying to find my cabin when walking back from friends. But that's my lack of sense of direction haha🤣!

It was quiet, clean, wildlife nearby, heated pool was great and location was great. Comfy queen bed, electric blanket , extra blankets available. Everything I needed and close to main town. Staff were very friendly

The location of the park is very scenic. Good facilities in the park. It is also very close to the restaurants and cafe. The cabin was bigger than we expected and was kept clean. The staffs are very friendly and approachable.

There was a very strange smell when we entered the cabin near the main entrance door, but it vanished in couple of hours.

Our toilet drain was very smelly we emptied almost a bottle of Glen 20 in 4 days stay. Kids room was very cold as the central heating wasn’t reaching to kids room. Very basic and limited kitchenette. Although the cabin was upgraded with new appliances the carpet in the bedrooms were bit smelly.

Located 5min drive from town centre, not walking distance. The cabin was spacious, relatively well kept and clean. Beddings were comfortable as with the large lounge sofa. Kitchen was big for a cabin. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. If you're looking for dining options, go to the Kookaburra Hotel in town, it has amazing food, great atmosphere and kids friendly.

They don't make the bedding linen for the bunk beds for guests. You have to make it yourself and it's annoying when you have to make 3 bunk beds. The note states It's OH&S reason but this was the first I've heard of that after staying in many cabins with bunk beds.

Clean, nice location, nice well maintained grounds with 2 pools. Loved having the machines in the laundry capable of scan and pay, it's unusual for me to have coins, so this was great. The cabin was basic but comfortable with enough space and had all the things we needed

Quite a small shower and it was a pity there was no comfortable chairs to sit inside
