The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and so hard working - every one of them. The location was great. Just a fairly short walk to old town and 35 min walk to the ski jump. Breakfast was fantastic - plentiful and varied with great coffee and freshly squezzed orange juice. Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Great shower. The sauna and stream room were also great. Parking on site was a bonus but it is quite a narrow alleyway through to get there

No fridge or mini bar in the room for cold milk or water. Booking.com says there is one. There was a kettle and coffee in the room though.

The location seems far from the main center but it's a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. The room was spacious and modern. The walk-in shower was separate from the toilette, which was in the bedroom, but it had a great shower head and plenty of hot water. There's enough electrical sockets for recharging your devices. Breakfast had plenty of options. The friendly staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful, they even brought up an extra pillow that I had requested. They have secure outdoor parking as well as an underground garage, perfect for motorcycles.

First of all, the food was overall pretty good, especially dinner on the days the restaurant was open, and I regret losing track of the days, as I had intended to sample more items off the menu. Suffice to say I was always satisfied. The menu is focused, seasonal, and admittedly in line with my own preferences. Breakfast was good, especially the hot options of the menu which were included in the price of the stay. Staff were exceptional, helpful, and generally on the ball. They ensured that, as I booked my stay over two separate reservations, that there was no disruption(so, despite what the review date say, I was able to stay 5 nights without issues). The room(I was in a suite) was spacious, reasonably well appointed, and overall comfortable. I did quite enjoy the walk in showers, and I appreciate the option of the sauna on the fifth floor, although I did not get around to using it. The in bathroom radios were excellent as well. Finally, the location is excellent - the area is quiet, and when there was an event on in the adjacent park, I was not disturbed, as the insulation seemed to me to be very good. The train station is a short walk away, public transport is immediately adjacent, and the downtown area is also within easy walking distance. I did enjoy the traditional decor, which was well put together, as well as the general ambience, for what it was.

Some of the food at breakfast buffet could have been a bit fresher, and there was a small issue with the bathroom ACs which failed to turn off.

Everything was to a high standard and meticulously maintained. The staff are professional and friendly; the crew at breakfast deserve a special mention for being exceptionally nice. The hotel faces a pleasant little park. Frequent trams from the nearby stop take you into the city centre in a few minutes.

The on-site car parking is not cheap, but worth it for peace of mind if staying for a mini-break in the middle of a touring holiday. Note that access is via a very tight archway. Drivers of large SUVs may have difficulty.

The payment method was strange, they charged the payment, then few days before my stay they returned it. I reminded them that I need to pay , the moment I arrived, but they said it's fine it will be charged automatically again. At the checkout, they told me I need to pay now and because of the limit on my cards and complications with the payment I almost missed my train. The training room has no weights.

The area was quiet and attractive. The hotel restaurant was good and had a nice breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking on site was great. The room had air conditioning, which was a blessing in the summer heat.

Didn’t like the fact that is so far from old town and many of the restaurants. Even coffee shops were not nearby so to get a real cappuccino was difficult. The breakfast coffee comes out of an express machine and is virtually tasteless.

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was gigantic, the bed was comfy and so were the pillows. The lighting is really lovely, just like the photos show. The views are great, overlooking the mountains. The breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. It's located within walking distance from the main station and the city centre. They also gave us a Welcome card which gave us free access to public transport and 20% off cable car journeys! We're staying here again next time we're in Innsbruck for sure!

Just missing a cooler/mini bar in the room!

The rooms were clean and quiet. It was a very nice and restful place to sleep. It was also outfitted with very nice TV systems, pairing with iphones, etc. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.

While it was close to the train station, it's location made it a bit more of a walk to the historic area. It was quiet, so that was a benefit, but I just wish the walk had been shorter.

Fantastic hotel, great room design and very spacious. We had a lovely view of the snowy peaks from our room. The team in this establishment are all wonderful. Everyone we met were so friendly and professional, we felt valued as customers, and welcomed warmly. Transport is almost at the doorstep, as well as many easy walking opportunities. Fabulous breakfast, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the hotel. Recommend this hotel very highly.

Room was large and had plenty of extra chairs to sit. The breakfast was fantastic - eggs, smoked salmon, a variety of meats and cheeses as well as croissants and danish. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Close to both the Olympic Arena and old town.
