Everything was to a high standard and meticulously maintained. The staff are professional and friendly; the crew at breakfast deserve a special mention for being exceptionally nice. The hotel faces a pleasant little park. Frequent trams from the nearby stop take you into the city centre in a few minutes.

The on-site car parking is not cheap, but worth it for peace of mind if staying for a mini-break in the middle of a touring holiday. Note that access is via a very tight archway. Drivers of large SUVs may have difficulty.

The payment method was strange, they charged the payment, then few days before my stay they returned it. I reminded them that I need to pay , the moment I arrived, but they said it's fine it will be charged automatically again. At the checkout, they told me I need to pay now and because of the limit on my cards and complications with the payment I almost missed my train. The training room has no weights.

Loved everything about this hotel. The room was gigantic, the bed was comfy and so were the pillows. The lighting is really lovely, just like the photos show. The views are great, overlooking the mountains. The breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. It's located within walking distance from the main station and the city centre. They also gave us a Welcome card which gave us free access to public transport and 20% off cable car journeys! We're staying here again next time we're in Innsbruck for sure!

Fantastic hotel, great room design and very spacious. We had a lovely view of the snowy peaks from our room. The team in this establishment are all wonderful. Everyone we met were so friendly and professional, we felt valued as customers, and welcomed warmly. Transport is almost at the doorstep, as well as many easy walking opportunities. Fabulous breakfast, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the hotel. Recommend this hotel very highly.

The hotel is lovely and is situated in a central location. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and accamdating . The breakfast was lovely, especially the freshly squeezed juice.

The towels were new, which was great but should of been washed first as they left fluff everywhere. Staff should make customers aware that the sauna is mixed and people can be completely naked . I would recommend that there is a booking system for the sauna facilities to avoid customers feeling uncomfortable. We loved the vending machines, but they should take notes as we didn't always have coins.

Close to train station. Mostly quiet. Modern. Good food. Nice staff.

This hotel is under the flight plan for Innsbruck Airport. You do get the noise if you want to relax in the room but it stops at 10:30 PM. It starts up again at 06:30 so no sleeping in. Earplugs do help. The hotel conserves energy but to do so the AC shuts off every 3-4 hrs. You can't get a good night's sleep when the AC goes off and the room gets hot and you have to get up to reset the AC. I understand the energy issue but it is still uncomfortable To open the window lets too much light in.

High quality, modern and nicely designed rooms with a natural wood touch. Beds were very comfortable! Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was included in our rate and was served in a cozy wood-paneled room. It was excellent. Main dishes (eggs, pancakes, waffles) could be ordered á la carte and the rest taken from a buffet. Wide selection of ripe fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice available. Location was also good with just a 10-12 minute walk to the central part of town.

We have no complaints. Parking is perhaps a bit expensive.

It was exactly like on the pictures, room size was good and everything was clean and tidy. The location is excellent with city center very easily reachable on foot or by tram. We really enjoyed breakfast, it was very good. Personal was friendly and helpful.

Room had no ventilation (it had A/C). We had to use windows to get fresh air.

Love this hotel, it is situated just next to a nice park, comfortable and convenient, yet tucked away from busy city centre. Hotel gave a welcome card, which is free to ride on all buses and trams. That’s really a bonus! I had a good view too. Nice amenities and a cozy restaurant on the lobby floor. My best stay in Austria. The Hotel was very beautiful, clean, and the staff at the 24h reception, very kind and helpful. I loved the sauna and little gym facilities. The Hotel is very well situated at only 10min from the central station via the D Tram line. Breakfast was sumptous, with a large and very fresh selection of both salty and sweet offers.
