Lots of little things were included, much to my surprise, items like washing up liquid and toiletries. My adult daughter and I stayed in room 3. It was very well laid out and comfortable for us. I had originally planned to travel alone, so I thought the room might be too cramped for us, but it was fine. We arrived early (from the UK), and the host helped us to check in early.

Unfortunately, we experienced ridiculously noisy neighbours during our stay both from within the building and nearby. Not the hosts fault at all - it was very warm, so we kept the windows open, which didn't help.

We really enjoyed the property, it has everything what’s needed. The biggest advantage is its owner and staff: super nice, positive and hospitable people, didn’t leave us sleepy in the street, when unexpectedly we came much earlier than were supposed to. Loved everything, our fav spot to stay in Kaunas now 💯 ❤️‍🔥

Everything was perfect

The check in was easy using codes for both the main entrance and the room, and I'm grateful that the owner was able to let me in earlier given my flight landed early in the morning. On arrival I met the cleaner who was lovely and very helpful as my code wasn't yet working due to arriving too early. The place is about 15 - 20min walk from the City Centre and 25 - 30min from the massive Akropolis Shopping Centre which also has Maxima for groceries. Coming from the city centre the place is on a slight hill. This wasn't an issue for me as I enjoy walking and I'm an avid hiker. I stayed in Studio 1 for only 1 night in December when the temperatures were around 0°C and I was worried that the room would be cold but it was quite the opposite and perhaps even too warm! I did see a fan and a heater available in the wardrobe when I was packing in the morning though. The room was modern, very clean, and smelled lovely. The bed was of good size, firm mattress, two small(ish) pillows. I felt comfortable. I only used the kettle in the kitchen area and it was good. There were a couple of 3-in-1 coffee packets and black ceylon teas, and sugar. The mini fridge seemed good but I didn't use it. There were cloths, a sponge and Fairy for the dishes. I liked the high table and chairs which I'm used to at home too. The bathroom was great with a walk in shower. The water pressure was good and had no issues with water temperature. There was plenty of liquid hand soap and shower gel/shampoo with a very subtle scent (there were two unmarked containers so I couldn't tell if one was shampoo and another was shower gel). There was also an electrical towel warmer, a small hairdryer and, surprisingly, cotton discs. My stay was very pleasant.

The only thing was that one of the windows was tricky to cover fully with the curtain for privacy but after playing with the curtain a little I managed to get them just right and had no further worries that anyone would see me from the outside, given that's a ground floor studio.

The apartment was well planned, modern and stylish. I really liked that it was clean and nice. The kitchenette was good and there was a possibility to cook easily on its own. I liked that there was everything I needed in general (also towels and even shower gel etc). Thank you!

The air conditioner was missing, was very stuffy at times. Smart TV was difficult to set up, channels could not be found. It is a little far from the city center on foot, you have to climb the mountain, but otherwise you can quickly get to the heart of the city by taxi. There was noise at times, we had to ask other neighbours to make less noise a couple of times because there are 5 more apartments in this house.

Small and cosy studio apartment, everything what you want for a short stay. Not far from the city centre. Quick response from the owner regarding TV, as it has stopped working suddenly in the evening, but next day was sorted out.

Only downside that the grey blanket on the bed was stinky, not sure if the cleaner changes every time for a new customer.

Nice and tidy! Perfect size if you’re not spending lots of time at the property. The location was ideal very close to the city centre. Modern and well equipped kitchen.

The room was boiling, had a fan but no air conditioning. It was too warm during the hot days. Couldn’t even open the room windows, as the room was located near the main entrance into the building, where the people were smoking outside near the windows, so all room would’ve stunk of smoke! Wouldn’t recommend this room when it’s hot in Lithuania.

The place is cosy and clean. Friendly and professional host. Easy check-in system.

There is no air conditioning, only electrical fan. We were staying in the hot day and there was no air to breath (in our room with separate bedroom). And even during the night there was no fresh air, although there was raining and cool weather outside. In the other room - studio - the situation was much better.

Best communication from staff so far, everything was shared well in advance, which made check-in smooth. Loved the keyless PIN locks on both the building and apartment doors. The place was spotless and had everything we needed: bath towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and a kettle. Free street parking. Just a short 5-minute drive to the city center.

The front entrance door, which leads to all the apartments, closes very loudly and slams. It's scary to think about what the guests of room number 1 experience, where the front door is adjacent and the guests are coming in and out quite often. Smoking place at the main entrance door seems to be also not a good idea as the dor is very close to the windows of the apartments, though we did not suffer as had room number 2. One small pan and a medium-sized frying pan are not enough. Salt and pepper would be also great to add. The owner needs to add a knife sharpener as well, it was impossible to cut with them. There are no sockets near the sofa in the living room. It was terribly hot, but this is not the fault of the owner, although the air conditioner would obviously not be superfluous.

Comfortable and clean one bed apartment. Decent sized small fridge. Two ring cooker. Kettle. Hairdryer. Washing machine and dryer for communal use in the hallway. The location was great. The cleaning staff were lovely. Heating fans and cooler fans were available at the property too. I had some questions and requests for the owner and they answered me so quickly. I always appreciate that!

No microwave or toaster. It really would be an asset if they were available. Maybe not everyone who stays needs them but maybe it could be a request and they could be available if asked? Saturday nights seem to be a bit noisy with people coming and going at all hours, otherwise it's a quiet stay.
