You get what you expect from an Accor hotel. Big, modern and nice lobby. Good size, clean and modern room. Good bathroom with a spray bidet. Excellent breakfast buffet. Late checkout (3 PM)

AC in room is too much, even for low-fan setting. Wi-Fi and Internet suck! Hot water in morning is not hot enough. Hard to get ice. Hotel had construction work. Ride sharing pickup is only at back of hotel. Asked front desk one day to clean my room before Noon; they didn't. Room cleaning is at 3 PM

Good location in front of the kingdom Mall. It has all the services you might need. It has a good car parking. Room are clean. But some construction and busy district, causes some traffic.

The front desk staff were helpful but my experience with one lady at reception during checkin for my guests was very unpleasant. She was very upset and kept insulting us because we wanted just to change the name of who reserve to who will physically stay in the room. She continued to insult and make us feel like shit for a name change matter. Because we kept quiet she recognised at the end it is a small matter and she change the name and apologies by her self. Very interesting.

The view is awesome, the location was great right next to Kingdom tower, We had breakfast once and it was great and had good value to money. The staff was really friendly and they have good parking space as well.

The washroom exhaust wasn't working properly and there was a stench for a couple of days (for few hours). Also the toilet seat is and washbasin are too close and congested that a 6 feet + guy like me had to maneuver myself.

Twin beds are narrow and small. Bathrooms need an upgrade as doors look tired and offer more towels. The gym is terrible.. needs a different position m, needs a window. Very depressing and limited on offer in the room. But never use it because it is bad. Breakfast boring, could be better choice and more variety. Avocados for example and salad area could be better and yogurts could be improved. Greek, organic, sourdough bread… milk choices

Very convenient location just 5 min away from the metro station. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

There were constructions going on 24h right next to the hotel so a lot of hammering during the night. Would have been nice to be placed elsewhere considering that the hotel wasn't at full capacity. Also there are works inside the hotel in the lift area.

The hotel is exceptionally located in the heart of Riyadh cit near major places. The breakfast was good and the staff such as Rabab and the rest were very professional and friendly. We were allowed for extended check out and only charged 100 SAR.

The Riyadh traffic is crazy! The roads in the city are poorly planned. They need to do better.

1. Location is central - just opposite Kingdom Tower. 2. Staff was nice and friendly; speaks good English. 3. Room was simple but comfortable.

1. Safebox was hard to operate, with instructions printed very small. 2. Irons and ironing boards provided upon request, but not of good quality. 3. Hotel is surrounded by construction sites currently, so can be quite noisy for light sleepers.

The room is spacious, international breakfast is abundant and is exact what I expected for a business trip.

The staff wasn't very welcome and helpful. When I asked for a taxi, the reception guy indicated me to another staff, I waited for 5 min, but when he arrived, he simply told me to order taxi outside the hotel. That situation won't happen in my country.

the location is in the heart of riyadh and it is accessible for all main roads like king Fahad road. there is a parking in the basement and also next to the hotel which was great as I have car rental.

there is a construction next to the hotel which is kind of not convenient, some renovation also in the reception area next to the elevator.
