We checked in late at night and they let us check in early without any charge. That was very positive. Muhammed Atif at the reception was very kind and helped us with all this. We were late for the airport transfer and he arranged a car and made sure we were taken to the airport on time. Hotel facilities were very nice. Service at all areas were good. I want to thank you to Mohammed Faw (Restaurants and Beverage Manager) for his kindness and friendship. He supported us a lot not only at restaurants but also my questions about the external tours and activities. Reefs, beach and sea were amazing, take your snorkels and sea googles with you. Cleaning was perfect, rooms were cleaned everyday. Meals and mezes were great. We liked beef meals and mezes a lot.

Breakfast was OK, could be better, especially cheese variety were poor. Air conditioner was very noisy. I told them they fixed a little but it haven't fixed completely.

Very good hotel. Big with a very good maintained territory. Very good food (especially dinners). Nice clean beach. Impressive coral reef. Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Spacious room with very good bathroom. The food was pretty impressive for Egypt (Italian, oriental, well prepared meat and chicken, fruits, relatively good seafood). Good coffee in all locations. Clean beach with very friendly staff. Local coral reef is one of the best in Sharm-el-Sheikh (you don't need to go anywhere else for snorkeling). Diving center is on the beach. Beach bar on Sentido side has very good variety of cocktails. Beer is good. Live music every evening in central bar. Animation for kids every evening. Aquapark is quite good. Thanks to all the hotel staff. They are really friendly and helpful. They speak a lot of languages (at least English, Russian, Italian). Special thanks to Mohamed Tohfa for being very helpful during the ckeck-out.

The room equipmet is quite old. Power sockets locations are not convenient for charging the gadgets. The fridge was not cold. Safe box was not working well. Mosquitos were annoying. Drinks included in the AI are not good. Cocktails usually were very low in alcohol. Juices were too dilluted with water. White wine is "drinkable", red wine is not.

One of the best hotels I have been to in Egypt, and I trust me I have been to so many. Moreover I rarely put a review, unless the hotel was extremely terrible or beyond amazing which was the case here. First off, the location is unbeatable, with a private coral reef that even boats come from other locations to enjoy from the sea side. Also being on a cliff gets you amazing sea views as well a long stretched private sandy beach. Aside from the natural beauty and location the human aspect is also spot on. The hotel design. landscape and services are great, including food quality and its varieties. Every person working there starting from reception, room service, restaurant/bar severs and life guards everywhere have been extremely nice and kind but in a professional way and not in cheap sense like elsewhere that they would make u feel that they expect a tip. Rooms and facilities are modern/renovated and always clean and very well taken off. We came across a new -for us- gem in Sharm and we will definitely be back.

the reef,the food and the staff

I did not like that every morning the employes at the beach reserve the best sunbeds for people that pay them! Also, there should be more than one vehicle that drives guests to the beach, as sometime (arround 9AM, 1 PM and 5PM) it was very crowded

My first time in Egypt on a spontaneous trip and a jackpot straight away - an amazing hotel with a beautiful landscape set around low-rise buildings, which makes it look very cozy. A huge territory to wander around and enjoy various marvellous trees, plants and flowers. Swimming pools to make you happy in whatever mood you are: when you want to relax - dive in warm water of a heated pool, when you wanna feel like a swimming cup champion and ready for a work-out - jump into an olympic pool (30м), if you wanna have fun with your kids or teach them to swim - use any of the shallow pools and explore a great water park just across the reception. Amazing service by always smiling personnel. The cuisine is exquisite, some meals are better than in a Michelin restaurant. Freshly squeezed juices, very tasty coffee and tea, mind-blowing guava shakes, a wonderful breakfast to boost your energy and give you a happy smile for the whole day ahead, fantastic pizza straight from the oven, awesome dinners, a la carte restaurants to try food of different countries, delicious desserts - I can go on and on for another 2 pages) I really enjoyed the hotel spa, the theatre, the long sandy beach, getting acquainted with local Red Sea fish when snorkelling among corals, the sea water temperature was comfortable enough for a long swim. Its a pity we could not stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality, friendliness and high quality of service.

Facility is fabulous. It is big and inclined therefore there are ring services inside every 10mins. Foods are nice and yummy.

Staff and waiters are trying to be polite, however they are not enough: They do jokes like “ No, sorry it’s too late we are close, oh just finished, no i cant bring it, and etc.” Black hamburger guy in the beach seems nervous, never smiles. Beach is crowded. Some facilities in the water park were out of service.

As always, we come back (this was our 12th or 13th stay at this hotel) for the reef and currentless sea.

Some rooms at Sentido are too old and in urgent need of renovation (the roof of our bathroom was halling apart from water infiltrations, the walls are dirty). Another problem is on the beach, that is owned by the towel boy (at Sentido's beach), not the hotel. He reserves sunbeds for guests that pay him (there were days that by 7 AM, he put towels on all the sunbeds in the front row), and sometimes is extremely rude. The management should take notice of this!

Our experience at the Sentido Resort started with a few issues, but thanks to Guenda at reception, everything was quickly resolved. She was absolutely fantastic – the only person who could communicate fluently in English or Italian, and the only one who truly took care of every request we had. She assisted us in everything with kindness and efficiency, treating us as if we were part of her own family. Her presence truly made all the difference in our stay. In the restaurant, Atef treated us like royalty. Always attentive, polite, and warm. Mohamed was also incredibly kind and sweet with our children – they absolutely loved him. Both of them are hardworking and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We always looked forward to seeing them. We also want to mention the lifeguard at the adults' pool Mohammed. He gave us great advice: go to the sea early in the morning to see many fish. Thanks to his tip, we were lucky enough to spot a manta ray! And we can’t forget Mina at the pool bar – not only was the service excellent, but he is also a truly delightful person. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile, he added a special touch to our days by the water. We truly have no words for these four amazing people – Guenda, Atef, the two Mohammed, and Mina – who were the true jewels of the resort and made our vacation unforgettable. There might not be a better place to do snorkeling directly from the beach of the hotel. It is absolutely amazing.

Needs a bit of refurbishment in the rooms

We had a great experience at Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort near the Farsha Cafe. We were picked up from the airport without any issues, and since we arrived early in the morning around 6 AM (well before the official check-in time at 2 PM), the hotel kindly offered us a temporary room to rest until our room was ready — such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they upgraded our room to a family suite free of charge. The welcome staff were very attentive and friendly. The aqua park was fun, although a bit small and somewhat dated. However, there are pools in every room area, so the pools never felt crowded. If you'd like to go to the beach, there are frequent shuttle services with golf carts, or you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Finding a spot at the beach was never a problem. The reefs and corals are absolutely stunning — I highly recommend trying diving! There’s even a dive center at the hotel. The food was very diverse, and there was always an open restaurant to eat at. There are also several themed restaurants representing different cuisines, which you can book for free. Every evening there are fun activities for kids, and for adults, there are also quiet areas where you can just relax. The landscaping was very well-maintained and clearly taken care of regularly. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the staff at the reception bar who prepared amazing cocktails for us every night :)

Some aspects of the resort could definitely be improved. The hotel rooms and furniture feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. I didn’t like that breakfast ends so early at 10 AM — it would be much better if it lasted a bit longer. Also, if you happen to need medical assistance, be prepared for very high prices — the on-site doctor services are quite expensive.
