The apartment is a room with a separate bathroom. It was very clean and bathroom was roomy. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities and cutlery on hand. Close to the beach, a bus stop and across the road from a restaurant. Within easy walking distance of a small shopping centre and a major plaza further away but walkable and a quick bus ride.

Very small and more suitable for one or two nights only. Minimal kitchen facilities and nowhere to rinse or wash dishes other than the bathroom basin. Nowhere to hang wet coats or put wet shoes without tripping over them.

ROOM WAS GREAT, CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. CAN NOT FAULT. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR STAY OVER CHRISTMAS DAY.

POOL WATER TOO WARM. COULD NOT COOL DOWN. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST A COUPLE OF SHADE SAILS FOR SUN PROTECTION OVER POOL AREA. ALSO WOULD IMPROVE LOOKS TO BARE WHEN YOU LOOK OUT THERE. WE WERE IN ROOM 105 0R SOMETHING, UP STARS IN STAR WELL, THE ONLY THING WAS PEOPLE COMING AND GOING ALL HOURS OFF DAY AND NIGHT. THE THING IS THEY WOULD JUST LET THE GATE SLAM. ALL GOOD IN THE DAY BUT NIGHT IS NOT GOOD. JUST NO RESPECT FROM PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ROOMS CLOSEST TO OFFICE. PARKING SPACES TO NARROW ALSO. YOU SUPPLY TEA COFFEE MILK SUGER BUT NO SALT AND PEPPER. SHOULD CONSIDER JUST TO GET PEOPLE OUTTA TROUBLE.

Comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. TV had great reception. Good blockout curtains in bedrooms.

We experienced a lot of noise at 3am to 5am in the morning. So loud that you could not sleep. People upstairs thumping around, opening and closing cupboards. It was unbearable for those 2 hours. Shower door would not close as seal perished underneath and this was a little annoying. I think when people book upstairs rooms that they should be reminded to be mindful of how the noise carries to the units underneath.

Apartment was super clean, comfortable, easily accessible, great location. Hoey Moey pub is just across the road for a great dinner and live music. Peach and Wolf Bakers just next door for fantastic breakfast croissants and coffee.

Minor issues but the room set up a little odd with the bed underneath the window so light streams onto your head in the morning and if you sit up in bed the curtains are on top of your head. Also there are no accessible power sockets in the bedrooms.

Everything was clean. Tasteful decor. We had a ground floor unit which was close to our car. Very convenient. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it due to limitations in our time etc. Nice range of teas available to drink. I like that this unit is equipped with bulk shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers instead of supplying small plastic bottles of product.

Very noisy exhaust fan in the shower which is on the same switch as the light. It sounds like a helicopter is landing on the roof while you're trying to have a shower. We had to leave the light off and use an alternative light source.

Left 2 adult females + 1 adult male with only 1 spare roll of toilet paper apart from used roll on dispenser to last us 3 days so had to go to supermarket to buy 2 extra rolls & we left 1 remaining on departure. Also a used towel was hanging on the end of the railing on the verandah adjacent to poolside area from time of arrival until time of departure which was not from our use.

I really liked that they had a salt water pool instead of a chlorinated pool, so much better for overall health and young children. I really appreciated how clean the rooms were & how friendly and helpful the staff were. I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the sizing of the car parks they were quite small and hard to secure a park throughout the day. Maybe numbering the car parks might be helpful to ensure people don’t take up more than one space at a time.

Hi there. The whole experience was wonderful. From booking, receiving check in details, to customer service via phone, to the welcome into a clean room, great location and just a wonderful vibe. Parking is bit tight at times when other drivers don't park properly, otherwise it's not a dilemma.

The apartment was perfect for us, 2 families both with kids. Loads of space and the pool within sight of the room too was great. Loved the addition of the baby gate at the top of the stairs!! With twin toddlers, we definitely needed this!

It was frustrating that the aircon kept turning off through the night. We understand it's power saving etc, but being the middle of summer, the room would get so hot as the aircon had switched off.

Stayed overnight on our way to & from Canberra. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment & paid less than other places were asking for a motel room. Quiet location, across the road from the beach. Lovely coffee shop close by

Instructions & passcode that were sent re collecting key were incorrect both times. I had to call & person I spoke to on initial call ( April 28th) was less than pleasant
