This is the most incredible B&B I’ve ever stayed at. (I travel full time). The property is GORGEOUS, peaceful, and it immediately feels like you are home. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of cozy outdoors places to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment you stay in is spacious and lovely!! The bed is huge and VERY VERY comfortable. It’s also spotless!! The cleanest accommodation I’ve ever booked. The pictures online showcase the property well, but I promise you that it’s even better in person. Viviana and her family are WONDERFUL!!! The breakfast she provides is better than anything you will find in the restaurants. She often has fresh baking in the morning and everything she bakes and cooks is DELICIOUS!! The location is also great! If you don’t have a car, the bus stop is 2 minutes away and you have access to Sorrento, or anywhere on the Amalfi coast. Google maps will tell you how many minutes to walk to the bus stop and it will also tell you what bus to catch. I am a solo traveler in my late 40’s and I 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to book in the area. 10/10 recommend and I will be back many more times in the future. PS: They have the most amazing dog, Leo. If you like dogs then he will happily say hello, but if you are indifferent, he can sense it and he will leave you alone. He is an adorable little guy and he was my best buddy during my stay.

Staying at Villa Annabelle felt like visiting a dear friend. From the moment we arrived, Viviana’s warmth and hospitality welcomed us, making us feel not just welcome but genuinely at home. The villa’s design and accessories are exquisite, with carefully curated pieces collected over the years, each reflecting Viviana’s impeccable taste and attention to detail. We can’t even begin to describe how amazing Villa Annabelle and more importantly its host, Vivenna, are! We spent four nights at this magical garden villa tucked away in the hills of Sant’Agata and it was by far the best accommodation we stayed at! Vivenna made us feel so welcome to her home that she has dedicated so much time and love to make it the oasis it is. Her hospitality was next level, offering us so much food for breakfast (freshly baked and prepared each morning!), homemade limoncello and gnocchi 💛 she was kind enough to also give us lots of tips on where we should visit in Sorrento and the surrounding towns. Vivenna and her husband Mariano were also super lovely in helping us when my hubby lost his luggage on our way to Italy by providing some emergency clothing for him (can’t express how grateful we were for that!). Vivenna and her family are warm, kind and lots of fun to spend the evenings with! Their little dog Leo was also a lovely surprise for us and made for a super cute and cuddly companion during our stay. The accommodation is very charming with a private dwelling with a super comfy bed, little living room and cute bathroom - everything is also decorated so well which adds even more to the charm! Viviana is a SUPER HOST! She was Super Helpful and made the BEST breakfast. This place is a true gem, sitting in the beautiful garden just being there is good for the Soul. My stay was better than expected :)

Staying in villa Annabelle is the best decission we ever made during our vacation in Italy. Viviana the owner, is really an amazing woman, she did her best to make our stay so special. She prepared delicious breakfast for us, and many items on the breakfast table are made by her self from the garden like lemon marmalade, tomato salad, delicious gnocchi. She treated us like family. On the last day of our stay she prepared a great dinner for us and accompanied by her lovely daughter Rossella, amazing Fabio and his friend Giorgio we had a joyful and wonderful evening together. The villa has a big garden with a lot of lemon, orange and many fruit and flower trees. The room is impeccable clean with comfortable bed and beautifully decorated by Viviana her self. Parking your car in the villa is easy, Viviana gave us remote control of the gate, so we are free to go to sorento down town or amalfie coast and came back late at night. We like everything of the villa, especially Luna and Leo, the cute dogs from Viviana. Really a memorably holiday in Italy for us.

Villa Annabelle is a wonderful spot situated in the hills above Sorrento. The location could not be better - away from the crowds of the city, but near enough to get wherever you want easily! Viviana was so welcoming and warm, and she made sure our stay was incredible. The room was clean, private, spacious, and very comfortable. Viviana is an amazing cook and even made special gluten free cake to accommodate dietary needs! Viviana is very knowledgeable of the area and and had great suggestions and ideas to help us plan our days. Her dogs Leo and Luna are so sweet and made our stay even better. By the end we felt like good friends - we will definitely be back!
