From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing. The room was excellent. The food at the restaurant was great. The location next to Place Bell made for easy access to see our show. Walking distance so no need to drive. The Metro is across the street and so easy to get around Montreal A new hotel that is very clean and secure. Elevator access is controlled by your room key so you can only access your floor. Feels very safe. Underground parking garage which would come in handy during poor weather. One of the best hotels I have ever experienced.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

The views (7th floor for our room, and there is a really nice terrace on the roof), the location is perfect: subway/bus station on the other side of the street, plenty of different restaurants really close by if you want something different than those at the hotel. The whole staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful and not too costly for the location. The room is cozy and comfortable. The elevators are clearly top-of-the-line (very fast and you feel almost no movement). Brand new hotel. Nice gym.

We could hear other rooms' plumbing working. And the ventilation system was on the noisy side (but really not one of the worsts and it looked like they were working on it). Might be an important detail though: we were in a room at the end of a corridor. There were hairs on the shower walls when we arrived. The room service changed all our towels even though we hung them like it was instructed to do if we wanted to reuse them. Room service was at our door almost an hour before checkout on our last morning and we were not decent yet... No pool is a bit of a bummer.

We went there for the rooftop terrasse restaurant and decided to make it into a little sleepover! The room was great and we have a view of the city and even got to see the La Ronde fireworks from our room!

I am not a fan of the "secure" flooring business concerning the elevator and getting to our room. I am old school and like to push the elevator buttons to get in and out of the elevator and the floor my room is on. I do not find the system user-friendly 😒

Its so conveniently across the street from Place Bell, its a new complex with several restaurant options. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced (imo). I also forgot an item after check out and they were able to ship it to me for a small fee. Very convenient and comfortable.

When we went to check out breakfast at their restaurant, we were ignored by the server and never seated, and the hostess wasnt around. We saw the server clean up the table of a a finishing party but ignore making eye contact with us. We were there at 830/9 so unsure if we missed some time cut off.

Perfect location, walking distance from the metro and bus stations. The restaurant has excellent food and there is also many other restaurants and breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and responsive

There’s no breakfast buffet you have to choose from the breakfast menu and most of the items are egg based

We stayed there for a show in Place Bell, which is just cross the street from the hotel. Extremely convenient for us. The hotel is well located. The metro station is also across the street. The beds are very comfortable. The room is clean and quiet. We dined in the restaurant on the second floor. The food is very good.

The parking is not free. No glasses in the washroom.

Beautiful new modern hotel that is super clean and impeccable. We got the King Suite so it had a seperate bedroom and a view of the courtyard. The building it’s in is like a little village, tons of restaurants, convenience store, Starbucks. Underground parking for 10$ a night which is a good price compared to most hotels.

Easily the best hotel I've stayed. Modern, new, great rooms, great facilities, fantastic service. May seem far on the map but not really when taking the métro. Fantastic staff.

Very specifically, the pillows. They were extra thin and uncomfortable.

Nice new and clean rooms, many commodities around such as the bus and subway station up front and many restaurants.

The ventilation system is rather noisy but i guess that you would get used to it on a longer stay.
