The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a nice desk set up with easy access to wi-fi to perform work. Also, it was walking distance to the conference center, many delicious downtown restaurants, as well as the stadium for a Reds game.

When I arrived the hotel at 11pm the was overbooked and the hotel staff had chosen to MOVE my reservation to a Holiday Inn further out back by the airport for the night, despite my reservation being booked months in advance with a notification that I would be arriving late. I didn't receive a courtesy phone call to notify me of their choice to move me, instead they sent me an email.

Great location and nice facilities. There's a stop just around the corner for the city's free street car. It's very convenient way for travellers to check out the city. The free art museum is only 15 minutes away by bus. One can get a day pass for 5 bucks and ride as many times as needed. Room is quiet and clean. The hotel is located inside a big building where there're other business on the first floor. Reception is at the 2nd floor. Took me a while to figure it out though.

The wifi is not free, which is quite an inconvenience. Had to figure out how to choose and pay to use the wifi. It also surprised me that no room services were provided during my 3 nights stay. There were only one big towel and 1 small one in the bathroom when we came in. Had to call and ask for more towels the next day. Thankfully a nice lady delivered them to my door shortly.

The restaurant in the basement called Ingredients which might have been a franchise but it was where was sent by hotel reception was dirty in a specific way, the floor of the eating area was swept but never washed. It was covered with grease from food that had been accidentally dropped over the months and possibly years that had been swept up but never washed up. Most unpleasant to be eating there.

Guest services and main services were outstanding very accommodating. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was phenomenal. No complaints.

The elliptical joggers in the fitness facility could use some updating as they are very outdated and only two operated, and those two that operated were very slow and lacked responsiveness.

While it was a little confusing at first we really came around to the idea of liking that you needed to use your key card to access the elevators, it made us feel safer in a way knowing that you had to be a guest or employee in order to use them.

No on site parking was available and we had to park in another location. We also didn’t like that there were no vending machines (at least none we could find) for a late night snack.

I love the location of the property next to the Square and nice restaurants. The staff was friendly as a positive atmosphere.

Parking was a little tight. The elevator from the parking area to the rooms was off the maintenance. Gentleman was kind of fixed it and it became running smoothly, but that would be the only thing I would say.

Breakfast staff was not friendly. Upon arrival to the food court, my wife & I was not greeted and the tall slender build old black guy completely ignored us. We stood there while he talked to another worker about a non work related topic, totally unprofessional behavior.

Room Price per night....even though it's downtown, there were no exceptional amenities to justify $300 per night.

Room was nice. Bed was comfy. View was good.

We have a truck and the valet had my husband park his own stating they don’t park trucks anymore but had us go to the garage to park it. It was a very very tight winging pathway down, once started, no way to reverse it!!! His truck barely fit, all tires rubbed, rims got scratched! I see why they aren’t allowed to do it BUT warning the customer why would be nice!!! Instead of sending us that way with no way to reverse it! Now we spend $350 getting rims repaired! We have stayed at the Westin a lot because they always parked our vehicles. We didn’t know any different. But unfortunately, my husband said we will never stay there again because of the parking.

This property is centrally located and the staff was so helpful and warm. Compliments to housekeepers I clean my room where ever I go and this room was clean. No hair and dirt anywhere. The elevators provided a layer of safety for your stay. We were so pleased and this place is on repeat.

This hotel provided a truly pleasant experience. The pristine condition of the rooms and common areas was immediately noticeable. Every staff member encountered offered exceptional and welcoming service. Its convenient location made exploring the surrounding area effortless. It's definitely a place worth recommending to others.

I couldn't stay longer.
