The location in the center of the village. The clean sheets and towels. Nice jacuzzi and swimming pool

The property advertised the room as having a mountain view. Instead, I was given a noisy room with a freeway view. I complained, and my room was changed to an upgraded one that I didn’t need it. The new room had a view of two buildings with a ski lift in between. I accepted it because the room was quiet. The tv didn’t work. The heater didn’t work. It was cold during the night and only the AC worked. I was told that there are some special button to change the AC on heater. I guess, some instructions should provided.

The jetted soaking tub in the room was a bonus. The weather was not in favor of using the outdoor pool and hot tub, so having the opportunity to soak and relax traveling muscles in the room was appreciated. There was some misleading information regarding the parking charge and the guest manager took care of the situation without any debate and comped my parking. This was greatly appreciated as I was traveling on a budget. Bed was very comfortable. Food/restaurants easily accessible by foot at the village downstairs.

The amount of noise that could be heard through the windows facing the pool and street. The surprise information regarding a parking fee that was delivered to my phone via text with instructions that were no longer being followed by the hotel. The manager on site accommodated the parking and apologized and I felt she handled it well. However, this should be noted for future traveler's awareness. Booking.com states that parking is available but does not disclose that it is a $25fee and availability is not guaranteed.

The staff ,Charlotte,Phoebe,Meg ,did not feel just like " staff" working in some hotel ,the way they understood my personal problem and accomodated me,was above and beyond i have ever experienced with other hotels. Kudos to the management for selecting the right people who are the face of the hotel. The front office manager upgraded me and was really nice to even refund some amount that he felt was not o.k to charge me for.Thankyou for that ,it just goes to show the professionalism and exceptional guest service.

Executive Mountainside is just off the stroll, quiet, close to Excalibur Gondola and across the road from day parking lot #1 (free at night from 5:00pm to 8:00am). We had a queen loft; it was bright and clean, well equipped kitchen, fireplace and sofa-bed, eating nook, with windows that opened and a sauna and second bathroom up in the loft. Suite felt compact and efficient yet roomy enough so we weren’t stuffed in there like sardines. There’s a pool and hot tub. This hotel ticks every box for our visits to Whistler and the price was a great deal. I thought it was worth more than what we paid.

Centrally located in lively Whistler, this hotel offers easy walking access to everything, a cheerful atmosphere with happy kids in the nearby pool, and surprisingly quiet rooms – plus the convenience of on-site laundry and amenities like a sauna and hot tub (even though we didn’t use them); overall, a beautiful area well worth a visit.

some rooms show signs of age – like slow-draining showers and worn carpets – everything was overall very clean and well maintained.

Location excellent. Good value compared to others in area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and roomy, the fire was good and helped to heat the room quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were a definite plus. We didn’t use the sauna but saw a lot of people who did.

There is a reasonable amount of street noise during the night and in the early hours esp delivery trucks, party people 😃, the windows don’t appear to be double glazed so a lot of a lot of noise does come into the apartment. Take earplugs!

The night auditor Scott was incredibly helpful. There were issues with the air conditioner in our room, and it turned out to be completely broken. We're having a heatwave, so it was imperative that it worked. He went out of his way to help us and even ended up upgrading our room. He was also super friendly.

There are 2 locations and only one front desk person for both which was incredibly inconvenient. The afternoon shift person who we walked over to talk to promised to come and look at the air conditioner which was broken and he just up and left without doing so or without telling the night auditor who took over. We ended up having to call over again and that was when Scott helped us. It was pretty late by then so that was frustrating.

The service was amazing! We had a ‘broken’ hinge in the window, the maintenance guy arrived so fast and fixed it. We could not find the bedding for the extra sofa, the room service arrived in 5 minutes! The front desk lady: Angie, she was superb! Location is perfect. Parking lot was great, very convenient , and we could leave the car for 2 hours beyond the checkout, which gives you some extra time not in rush.

The mattress too soft

Wonderful location steps away from the main village walk and a quick stroll to the base of the gondolas. Lovely room with friendly staff. Pool and hottub were a very nice touch. Price wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either. Would stay again but not as a first choice.

Older building with a few quirks. The windows don’t have the best soundproofing and could definitely use an upgrade. Parking was a bit ridiculous at $30/night, making it quite a bit more expensive per night.

The room was quiet despite having a room with a view of the road and being so close to the village restaurants. Super close to the lifts and restaurants. The pool/hot tub was nice and hot and felt great after a long day on the slopes. We even used the in room sauna which was much bigger than anticipated and a great treat after a day of skiing. Very family friendly with several pull out bed options for the kids in the living and dining room. The staff were also very kind and responsive. I LOVED the option to check in and out online and have a room key on my phone. After check in, we went down a picked up a spare key for our kid that didn't have a phone to access a digital room key.

The kitchen could have had more than 1 small pot and a large broken skillet. The toilet was very slow to flush when we arrived and I eventually had to go ask for a plunger, it seems like that could have been in the room to begin with.
