Very clean, comfy bed, responsive staff. Our bathroom got clogged and it was fixed right away, even tho it was 6AM. Nice location, but a bit of a pain if you need to walk. Having a golf cart rented is a good solution.

Noise complaints from reviews are not that bad; I mean - if you're not looking for complete peaceful bliss, the noise from the bar is manageable. However, the "amazing" beach beds that are shown in the pictures come with cost, no matter if you stay there or not. Since it's the beach club, having public access, the beach beds are allowed to use if you spend at least 100USD in a bar. Doesn't matter if you stay at the hotel or not. So in that sense, taking in consideration the room price and that you gotta pay another 100USD a day just to chill on the bed, is a bit of a rip off. .

It is far from the ferry. and I feel that those who don’t rent golf carts would have difficulties here. luckily, I had a golf cart and there was ample parking, so I had no difficulties.

Staff was amazing - especially ivana! Location is far from the town but beautiful. Great vibe for a solo female traveler.

A Guy from the desk - Check in / Check out Called Tobias entered into my room without an invitation. That situation made me scared because he Was drunk- That happened the last night I was there.

The beachbar with all the palm trees and generally how it was organized was really our highlight here. The room was cosy and had everything you could wish for. Another plus is that you can use all of the amenities of this hostel even after checkout. Also the staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

In the first night we had a power outage, which really sucked, because there is no freshwater supply if there is no power. This seems to be a general issue on Isla Mujeres at the moment, so maybe a generator for the freshwater supply could be an idea of improvement. If you want to have a silent stay do NOT take a sea view room, they are right next to the beachclub which most nights has really loud music until 1 or even later. We are good sleepers so we were able to sleep, but it was loud anyways.

honestly it was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! the hostel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. the beach and pool area doesn’t really feel like a hostel, more like a 4* resort. the food and drinks were very good. staff very nice and helpful. the dorms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. it’s not in the centre of the island but honestly I quite liked the location, it felt more local and more quite yet still close enough to the centre. i highly recommend this hostel 😁

The place has a terrific vibe and great location. The staff were all fantastic and the dorms were spacious and clean. Great value for money too. Nice touches like phone charging sockets by each bed, air con in the dorms, space outside to hang wet clothes, hammocks all over the place, nice jetty into the sea, great lighting everywhere, kindness shown to a family of ducks and ducklings that live there. Free drinking water on tap. Kitchen to prepare your own stuff. Comfy beds, large lockers, clean towels and sheets provided. Luggage storage. Great bar and pool area. Nice menu with sensible prices. Great being able to rent a golf buggy for 24 hrs, right on site.

The loud music pumping all day and night, no respite. The kitchen is a bit small for the number of people, but just about adequate.

EVERYTHING! The location is amazing. Beautiful, aesthetic, divine. The music can be too loud, but that's a beach club. The prices for food are a bit higher than normally in Mexico. The rooms (even though 24 people in one room) are spacious and you don't see more than the 7 people near you. There're 4 showers and toilets per room. Very beautiful locations around the place. The staff is very friendly. Andrea is a great yoga teacher, Virginia is a cool girl responsible for activities. I first booked for 3 nights, but then extended to 7. Totally recommend!

This property is beautiful. Really picturesque. The staff are lovely. The dorms are clean. I would go back 👍🏼👍🏼 the social activities organised were also great! Feels more like a hotel as far as luxury goes

Nomads is a taxi ride away from the Centre. You will know this before booking so it is not a negative but worth noting. At the time of my stay a taxi one way to the Centre is 150 pesos so May be worth looking into bikes/ buggies. The sea that the property is located on is not very nice to swim in but you can walk to the surrounding beaches no problem ( I rec la joya). There is a pool on the property but it is a little bit cloudy!
