A small hotel in a quiet part of the city. We had a small room, but we are small and this size was enough. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, there is a safe. The staff is friendly and fulfilled all my requests.

The hotel is probably understaffed. The cleaning process was very strange. To make the front door lock work, you have to slam the door. It is inconvenient and loud. The building is well-audible, so future guests should take this into account and try not to make noise. And it was very stuffy.

Location was good. Restaurant meals were good but a limited menu. Reasonable cost. Staff were excellent

The room was very small. No where to put cloths . No side tables car park get full quickly and then you have to park across the railway lines in a lay by type parking place

The Location the Breakfast 🥞 very diverse. And the possibility to park 4 free and dont Pay parking fees

That's a minor thing but a result of the age of the building. It was quite noisy specially when the above neighbours walked in their room

Room was outdated and poorly ventilated. there was a bad smell. When we checked in and arrived in the room there was a yellow residue in the toilet, so think someone had a wee before we arrived and didnt flush. Lobby, restaurant and breakfast were wonderful.

Older building, well remodeled, clean and basic. Very friendly personnel. Close to the center of town (16 minute walk). Close to a bus stop with connections to Maastricht, Meersen, Geleen, Gulpen and Eijsden. Good value for money.

No negative comments.

Breakfast was very good, the staff are very friendly, the room was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

Little noisy at night but that was the people next to us.

Parking a bit away and also insufficient. Had to park across the rail tracks ks by roadside.

Nice breakfast. Reasonable location- 15 min walk into Valkenburg centre. Good parking.

Room was small- functional but small with a light and plug above the head of double bed. No shower screen

Staff were very friendly and helpful….the room was large, light and airy and we were very happy to also have a balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

It was unfortunately a bit noisy as I don’t think the rooms are sound proofed…

Bacon was hard and the scrambled eggs were hard and dry....and the fire alarm went off a d no explanations given why

Apart from above breakfast item, tgere was a good of other things available
