Comfortable place, helpful staff

The electricity got switched off in the room at 11:55 meanwhile the check out is at 12:00. In a 5 star hotel a guest should be treated more respectfully. Also We didnt want to be disturbed as we arrived late and tired so we switched off the doorbell in the room and clicked the button on the door stating that we dont need a cleaning service but still someone was knocking the door around 10:00 a.m and after a while Calling us from the reception on the phone which is located in the room. Two consecutive days of our stay. Not nice.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. All services were available, and the most important thing was the excellent cleanliness and the respectful, professional attitude of all the staff. They made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The buffet was delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented. The price was very reasonable compared to the quality of service – excellent value for money.

Dita took us on 2 one day tours of Bali. He was an outstanding driver and tour guide. He went out of his way to help us understand different parts of Bali. I would highly recommend Dita. Kadek Riyani was a super-host. Her English was exceptional. She helped us around the resort with var service, dining and giving us information on the Balinese people. I cannot say enough about unbelievable service.

I felt the hotel was in a location that made it difficult to walk around. The sidewalk is destroyed and has several sink holes making it difficult to walk anywhere.

Staff were super friendly, down the earth and respectful. They provided information on time and fulfilled the requests immediately. The price was reasonable. Kuta area is a very lively area with ample of cafes, resturants, hotels and shopping centres.

Breakfast menu was pretty much same every day The footpath in the street that the hotel is located in damaged and uneven. It was a torture walking with baby stroller when we liked to walk towards Kuta beach and shopping centre.

A beautifully maintained hotel with great staff. I stayed for 5 days and was greeted by Joni the bell boy my first day with open arms. He treated me like family and recommended amazing restaurants and attractions for the week. Also explained how everyday life works here in Bali and what I should expect from the locals which was great hospitality. His attitude and professionalism was on point the whole time always welcoming with smile. Thank you Joni and the staff. Highly recommend

Very helpful staff, cleanliness, facilities and comfortable size of room

1.The bathroom lack finishings, example sealing between wall tiles and around the washhand basin., however was fully functional. 2. A bit of smell when entering the room as if there was lack of fresh air circulation.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Every morning there was plenty choices and great Asian and European dishes to choose from. We also had a dinner in the Marble 8 restaurant. It turned out to be our best dinner out of our 14 day trip in Bali. My 75 year old mum said dinning in Marble 8 was the best part in our Bali trip. It was absolutely delicious and reasonable priced.

I mentioned this in all my reviews on the accommodations we had during our trip to Bali - Thick mattress and humid tropical weather are just not right combination. I also wish hotels can install ceiling fans in rooms. I know the aircons there had the 'fan only' function but it doesn't create natural air flows. My poor mother found it really hard to sleep in the humid nights without the aircon on and then we got big headaches in the morning when we had it on during sleep. Hotel windows were all fixed and couldn't be opened to let in fresh air. There was no escape. What could be a good solution to this?

Very warm, courteous and friendly staff. Prompt service. Excellent breakfast - mix of Asian and Continental - Especially the Pepper Chicken needs a special mention! Good size swimming pool and clean Shower Room.

Toiletries could have been a better quality and quantity.

Well staff are great including Vera, Dian, Tude, Shelfie and helpful engineer I liked the aircon in suite but portable air cons in restaurant need to be replaced as it's not cool enough in the expansive area Toiletries good. 2 bottles daily of water - excellent Beds were comfortable Breakfast okay. Dinner okay but menu could expand. Overall Dream Aventus is a lovely place to stay if you want to be away from noisy Kuta or beach areas

Ladder into pool unsteady & unsafe Shower room a bit compact but well used Expand dinner menu Towels not fluffy. Try putting vinegar in machine to fluff up Bath towel not big like a bath sheet

It’s new, very very clean, the staff go above and beyond to help you, amazing staff, especially Joni and Agus. Joni was amazing also the taxi driver to the airport. The hotel is like you walk into a totally different super clean place when you come off the streets though. I only gave the area a lower rating because the surrounding area isn’t as nice as the hotel itself, but this is just the usual potholes in the pavement and busy roads of Bali. Can’t fault the hotel!

Lack of local easy to get to facilities like big supermarkets etc (I tend to walk, so it’s probably not an issue if you have a moped), have to watch your step on the streets due to some potholes, but the potholes is normal for Bali so you’ll probably already know this.
