Went with my husband and toddler.Daniella and Lorenzo were absolutely amazing .Great communication and very welcoming.Daniella from the time we arrive in Rome was very helpful very friendly Grear The accommodation was clean and tidy.We had our own room and bathroom and shared kitchen. We had no issues with other tenants.everyone was polite and good to us.There were various amenities close to the accommodation like shops ,restaurants cafes and anything you need. .I will highly recommend this place very pleased with my stay there .

My only issue i had is that was little tricky for us at first to locate the accommodation so we had to take taxi from Tiburtina stationBut once you learn the road,the accommodation is very close to Tiburtina station 12 min walk..Is best no to follow Google maps instruction if going by foot from Tiburtina station. But to be honest it is mentioned in your booking confirmation Also the accommodation is 40 minutes away from main attraction using public transport. We only had few days in Rome and because we wanted to save time we took mostly taxis which was costly .However if you plan ahead and time is not problem

Cute apartment with a cute room, it provides you with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Some might not be satisfied with the minimal breakfast they provide, the common bathroom or the city tax, but everything is previously disclosed on Booking, you can read about these in advance. The host, Daniela is very helpful, friendly and communicative, I could always reach out to her on WhatsApp. The balcony is a very nice addition, especially at night if you're visiting during summer.

I had some trouble with both the main entrance door and the door to my room when opening/closing them, but once you figure out the correct technique it's manageable. The road to the nearest metro station (and the station itself) might seem a bit abandoned, especially at night, but the area is absolutely safe.

Impeccable cleanliness. Unlimited juice, milk, coffee and cereals. White towels are also provided. 15-20minutes walk to Tiburtina Train Station. Several groceries & food shops at the main street corner of the apartment building. The location is at the top 7th floor of the apartment building. There is an awesome balcony with view from the 7th floor. Room is cleaned everyday with change of white towels every 2days. The couple owner Daniella & Lorenzo can easily be reached. They immediately reply to us via WhatsApp. Very good host!

The apartment is at the 7th floor which is not specified in booking. You have to stay with other people in the same apartment which is also not specified. There is no private bathroom, the bathrooms are in the hallway, not in the room. The breakfast is bread, croissant and jam. You have a kitchen but you can't use the gas cooker. Because it is at the 7th floor it is so hot you can barely breath.

The host is Amazing and kind!! Until we got infront she was texting with me.. Also gave us great advise to take the bus to the center of rome! Our car was safe parked infront building. We had great diner in the neighborhood.

The hosts were exceptional communicators who provided a detailed summary of everything we needed to know about our stay, as well as going above and beyond in the recommendations for activities to do in Rome. They were very accommodating and made our stay stress-free. The property was very clean, safe, and comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here! (also great location as it is right by a large transportation station)

Checkin was smooth. Lorenz and Daniella are super hosts. We missed kitchen equipment. They arranged it in half a day after me just asking about it. I recommend this place to any one visiting rome

There was no way to lock your belongings in room, like a Locker or a lock on drawer. To be fair it was never mentioned in the facilities. But it would be nice to have it.

We were staying in a blue room. Everything was ok and super clean (i think hosts were cleaning everyday, they even changed our towels after 3 days). We shared a bathroom and kitchen with other guests, but we did not have any problems with that. There is also a balcony with 2 tables, quite nice for having a breakfast outside on the sun. Hosts were very nice and helpful too. Location of B&B was also great, we went to the city center with metro, station is 10 minutes away on foot and the drive with metro around 10-15 minutes (to Colloseum). We discovered this great cafe on the way to metro in the area, called Ciara. I really suggest it for morning coffee. I would also like to suggest one restaurant nearby, it is called Farina. Otherwise, there are many nice bars and restaurants nearby.

We missed a kettle or just a bit more functional kitchen, but there is a microwave and coffee machine so that was good enough to prepare ourselves a breakfast.

My sister and I loved staying here, the room and bathroom were clean and nice. Dany sent us a whole list of cool places to see and restaurants all over Rome to try which was very helpful! Check-in and check-out were easy.

Facilities are very good. Staff is friendly, helpful and very supportive. Breakfast is provided with bread, milk, snack, coffee and tea. Location is near station and easy to go to airport. We were upgraded our room automatically with the kindness from host.
