Our floor had some stuff left on it the beds was old an not very comfy. But with that said they where rvery friendly an very professional. Was easy for my handicap ma. Sucked there was no fridge but that's ok. Out side was clean no little cute shampoo or conditioner bottles either there nice to see . Sheets was on point tho. Not enough pillows. But I like fluffy lol.

There is a gym with three machines that you can use up to 11:00. There is quiet time at 10pm for all guests and it’s convenient to food places of various variety. Also it’s two hotels in one so you can find a room for any budget.

That the night staff is not friendly and will be almost disrespectful at times. It’s a no. Smoking hotel so there isn’t any smoking rooms on the premises so you have to go outside to either your car or at the far end of the parking lot.

Whenever I visit Baltimore I always stay at quality inn. Ms Alice always offer exceptional customer service that makes me feel welcome and comfortable I will keep coming back because of her service at the front desk. Keep up that great service Ms Alice...👍

One of those guys at the front desk needs to be aware of what's going on in quality inn because he didn't know that the laundry area is closed.

I enjoyed the location and how convenient it was to everything in the price, including fact that there was not that additional hold as most places charge.

It was a leak like a flood right by my room on the outside near the vending machine machines

Good location. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice size room. On the main floor was good for me.

I love the staff especially Miss Dolores in the morning with breakfast she was just a breath of fresh air early in the morning continuous help and hospitality and Miss Alice at the front desk is awesome very friendly quick to help you and quick to solve problems. I also loved Shree he was great and helping us with a late check out as well as just being very friendly and willing to be help when I wanted to decorate our room for my husband's birthday!!!

The only thing I didn't like is that when we moved the couch in the room to look underneath to make sure we didn't leave anything there was a terrible stain under there that showed the underneath had not been cleaned .

LOCATION was good. Alice, the manager was very helpful and easy to talk to There was one technical issue and she took care of that. Other staff, Sharrie also helped me w the t.v. I wanted a quiet room and it looks like that's what Alice provided. It was much appreciated.

This seems small but the bed pillows, though clean and soft were very short in length and way too packed w/ filling, so maybe ok for watching t.v., but not for sleeping on. I've never seen pillows like this and I'm 81.

I really like the fact that the room was very quiet. There was no traffic up and down the hallways. The receptionist was very helpful, I was a little confused about which entry door to use to get to my room, She actually came out of the office to show me the door herself. Very Very sweet young lady!
