Lovely place to stay, and seemed to be on the slightly more economical side for Seward! The facilities were extremely clean - even though we were a bit apprehensive about the shared bathroom at first, it barely felt like we were sharing it as we never had any issues with it being occupied when we needed it, and it was always in pristine condition. The room having its own sink was a game changer as well. Staff are friendly, the place is peaceful and quiet, and had a nice view of the mountains.

For anyone who has any trepidation about sharing a bathroom, you can relax -- these bathrooms were kept cleaner than any shared bathroom I've ever seen! And each guest shares a bathroom with only one other guest. Really felt like it was my own bathroom. Plus there's a sink in each room, making everything simpler than having to head to the bathroom just to wash hands etc. If bathrooms are not your key metric, then I'll just say that the rest was excellent -- easy checkin and checkout, good communication, nice common space, refrigerator access, and excellent location in town. Host was very up for offering recommendations and talking about her experience, without being obtrusive.

We loved the location of the Adventure Lodge. It was a five minute walk to downtown restaurants and bars for dinner. The parking was easy, right outside the lodge. Simple, clean accommodations - with a shared mini fridge in the lobby.

The windows were kept open with fans to cool the room, but the windows didn't have screens. We were concerned about bugs coming in (it didn't end up being an issue though).

R oom exceptionally clean but suffers from The North America disease......no one made up the bed ! Room/separate toilet/shower modern, clean big comfy. Would stay here again Location perfect. There is a free shuttle around town. For food there is Safeway that the female shuttle goes to Restaurants in are awlful

Carrie, who ran the front desk, was very helpful and kind to me during my stay. Gave great suggestions on where to eat or what to check out in Seward. All rooms have private bathrooms which is so needed after a long day out. Thank you for creating this safe haven for me.

Staff very friendly-allowed us to check in early. Very clean.

1. Would have been nice if we had been assigned the same shower as my son and his fiance so we could coordinate who needed to take a shower when. 2. Our shower temperature was not hot enough and the water pressure was too low. 3. Most expensive place we stayed in and the only place we had a dorm style shower/bathroom.

Bed was very comfortable!

Coffee in morning was not great. --a bit "thin" as if it needed another scoop or two in the basket. Real milk or half and half? Disappointed with only powder creamer. This was really the only issue! Otherwise it was very nice!

It was so cool to stay in the old Ranger station. The room was nice and big. I got the best sleep there! It was also nice and close to walk to dinner. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location near restaurants and several parking spaces right up front. Just a few rooms hotel style rooms, so very quiet and private feeling. Rooms are not large, but big enough for 2 people and luggage. Nice wall hooks and having a sink in the room is great! Shared fridge in common area. Wifi worked well and helped us plan our days.

Restroom and bath share with others is a challenge, but there in lodge it’s a good design. Only two rooms share bath & restroom and in addition bath and restroom are divided. Free coffe in the morning and helpful owner!!
