What a wonderful B&B. It was absolutely spotless! They have accommodated with little things like salt n pepper, paper towel etc, things that many B&B's just overlook. So much thought has been put into the comfort of their guests. The information sent prior to arriving was detailed and made the arrival easy. Delicious quality products available for breakfasts. Could not recommend them more!

Brand new condition, with everything as neat as a pin. Tons of foodstuff for breakfast, nibbles during the day, and water already cooled in the fridge along with fruit juice. Well thought out by the hosts.

Perhaps a 50/50 choice of white and brown bread for breakfast, but otherwise no gripes at all.

The property was quiet and peaceful, only a quiet train occasionally in the distance. Very modern facilities. We came in winter, and the heat pump was a great addition, to plenty of warm bedding. There was enough parking for 2-3 cars. Close to Hampton downs, and Bombay shopping area, great for track weekends.

Location was ideal for my work situation, but the outlook from the property was fabulous. Breakfast was simple, but plentiful and delicious. Super comfortable with all the things you could possibly need while travelling.

Not that close to amenities if you're after restaurants and supermarkets, but close enough to small towns with options.

This property is exceptional. Perfect set up and everything Is presented so well. The beds are super comfortable, the ensuites are luxurious and the breakfast is yummy and very generous proportions. I highly recommended this bed and breakfast accommodation.

Maree and Theo were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The addition of breakfast items was also great. The beautiful views of rolling countryside were a bonus.

the set up and the use of space is the best I’ve experienced. Breakfast service is on point and two bedrooms with two ensuites function so well designed. a small gesture having treats on the table made me feel like the owner-cared for me and my family. loved the service and space was beautifully co-ordinated features. ngā mihi

Stunning accommodation, clean fresh and new. Beautifully equipped and comfortable. Very clever design with 2 units both having 2 en suited bedrooms that are separated and quiet. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Wifi provided too.

Lovely, friendly owner, beautiful spot away from the rat race of Auckland. Very clean and everything you need for your stay, highly recommend 👌
