The accommodation was in a very quiet location. The facilities were nice and clean to use.

I appreciate the staff was doing excellent cleaning job. But the kitchen sink was always full of dirty dishes of other guests. About airport pick up, I chose the accommodation because they offered airport pick ups. However, when I asked them more details about it they told me to use a taxi or Uber. I knew how far from the airport to the accommodation and it would have costed me quite a lot to use a taxi. So I wanted to use an airport pick up or a shuttle bus. If airport pick up is available for only certain guests, they shouldn't put the advertisement.

There was an unexpected surcharge on the booking (something i’ve never been charged before as I use my debit card). When i phoned to find out they said they would get back to me. Never heard back and never got a refund.

It was a different type of accommodation to what me and the family were used too. You go meet at a check in place and then you get given direction to your townhouse. It was a good experience, we quite enjoyed it as we had a house to ourselves. It was clean, it was tidy, it had everything you needed for a couple of night stay. Flatbush seemed a fair way out to travel when driving to the place but the more you drove around going A to B it was actually reasonably central to everything to a point. We'd definitely stay there again, especially for the price for a family of 5

The only thing we didn't like is at night in the main bedroom it is bright from the street lights. But we're used to living at the back house off the street so our rooms are dark. It wasn't a major at all cause everything else was great.

Very comfortable room with a lovely soft bed I could have slept in for days. Unfortunately, only stayed for one night, so we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the other facilities, but the building is very clean and pleasant. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to do online check in and check out, and responding to messages very promptly.

The location is a bit far from the city, and we had to drive down a lot of residential streets to reach it. No on site parking meant that we had to park on the street a few hundred metres away. It wasn't a big problem for us, as we were just heading to the airport the next day, but some guests might want to take it into account.

Had a great interaction with the staff when picking up the keys.. found the place pretty easily.. studio was lovely had everything we needed thank you for a great stay 🙂

It was very hot upstairs even tho the place had 3x fans it was just blowing the hot air around and couldn't open windows more for fresh air.. suggest a cold portable aircon.. but the temperature did cool down at night but not by much considering the season is still warm in winter the upstairs would be very cozy 🙂

Super luxurious for a great price. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. A quadrangle family room was surprisingly a mini apartment with two separate bedrooms and a small lounge and eating room including a small private kitchen. Walkways close by and drive to Auckland CBD not too long. Great eateries are close by too, and a fabulous shopping mall. It’s situated in a very safe suburb.

We were super satisfied, maybe the beds could be a bit firmer.

This was our second stay. We were surprised on our first stay to find that the rooms can be in one of six or seven houses. The houses are located in a suburban estate; there was very little traffic (or other) noise as it's a residential area. You do get some aircraft noise at times which is to be expected but its not that intrusive. Ormiston town centre is close with two supermarkets, take-aways and dine in restaurants. Botany Mall, about 10mins drive away has excellent shopping facilities.The SHs are easily accessible and the roads are good. Good location for the airport but if you are staying for a break and to visit surrounding areas etc. then you'll probably need a car. Public transport could be difficult, I think. On arrival we had a warm and friendly welcome. Parking was available, there was plenty of space in the room, which was very clean. Great ecostore products in bathroom. Good kitchen facilities, tea and coffee facilities are centralised on the ground and first floor.

This is a good crash spot if you're on your way to or from Auckland. It's no frills, but also nicely appointed. It has some welcoming guest lounges, lots of storage space, free tea and coffee, toiletries, etc. It's a great option for a short stay or if you don't intend to be in a lot.

The bed was pretty hard, which is tough on me--I didn't sleep well. If you like a hard bed you'll do fine. The walls are also pretty thin, so you can hear a lot of comings and goings.

Cute accomodation, clean and modern dining areas - downstairs and upstairs with all kind of stuff.

It was impossible to use upstairs dining area, which was actually looking great, very friendly, as that area's temperature was 29C and there is no A/C available. The room has A/C, but at the arrival time the temperature inside the room was 28C, had to wait around two hours to cool down after turning on A/C. It might be a good idea to turn on the A/C before patrons' arrival. I indicated my arrival time at the booking time, and I arrived on time, but inside the room was super-hot. Otherwise, it's a good accomodation. Recommended!

Absolutely nice , modern , clean apartments .

1) In first of all -this host tried to cancel my reservation what has been made 2+ months in advance due 2 days of my arrival - it’s too strangely . 2) I had no any communication , recommendations etc from host during my staying . 3) Too complicated self check in procedure in off -time of reception hours , remind some quest game 4) Surprisedly in this very modern apartments where are lots of automatic electronic systems aren’t elementary USB sockets or an adapter for guests around the world .
