Centrally located, had everything you need for cooking light meals & ample refridgeration surrounding close by many resturants & service needs. Staff was helpful & friendly
Nothing is ever perfect,but only thing no hair dryer a little noisy & smells from neighboring rooms seen to come thru the walls or ventilation.

Pretty room...well appointed. Even had a small kitchen with microwave, small coffee pot, toaster and a good-sized refrigerator. Smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable.
There was a nasty, sticky blob of something with long, dark hairs stuck in it in the bathroom sink. Graphic, but true.

My ratings would probably have been higher but they are currently changing the hotel to mainstay and they were learning the new system and had minimal employees. They were for the most part all eager to help me. Overall good experience. Thanks mainstay staff. I look forward to staying with you again.

It was perfect for one night! The room was mostly clean and the walls weren’t super thin.
Our room did not have a tv remote. Front desk was able to assist us in getting one. The room was clean in most areas but you could tell it’s not vacuumed all over after every guest. The handle to the bathroom sink had something crusty on it. Other than that it was fine.

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable
There were a good many people who were smoking marijuana in walkways outside of rooms and inside rooms. The smell was very noticeable

It was clean. Good value for the location on a UT football weekend. Staff in the lobby seemed nice. Had no issues during out stay.

I had to leave before breakfast unfortunately but I was given an upgrade even with a pet without me even knowing I could get one!! Very nice friendly and I felt safe especially traveling alone
I only stayed one night so I could not see that anything was wrong

We needed somewhere safe and quick to go to. It was very comfortable and clean. My daughter loved it.

They do have an elevator. Kitchen area was decent
Though there is a fridge and they give u ice trays it still would have been nice to have a ice machine for the first night bc there was no ice in freezer when we got there
