Very close to the area that I need to be in for work restaurant availability shopping area for groceries.. Staff was helpful and very approachable The lighting around the hotel was very helpful. The price was affordable

There were no refill stations for water bottles. No ice bucket for my room staff could not locate one The hot water did not seem to work correctly not a very warm shower The safety of the area was a bit questionable but the parking lot was very well lit

The bed! If I could have paid for it and fit it in the car, it would have been SOLD. SO COMFORTABLE! I originally picked this hotel because it mentioned no extra fees. I'm so tired of being charged $50 or $100 at every hotel at check-in now for "possible damages" you might cause and 4 or 5 days later being reimbursed and then put back on your card. This is a ridiculous practice that more and more hotels are doing. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that charged you for your stay and that was it. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfy, and I will book with them again. Thank you!

Convenient to UTK and the room was big. Bed was comfy, kitchen was nice. I appreciated the size of the room and convenience to UTK. I didn't partake in breakfast, but it was included.

Stupid things like tissues and tp is cheap, tp holder could be nicer, paint chipping on bathroom door, tiny bottle of "conditioning" shampoo. Not complaints, bc it all worked, but you get what you pay for! These are just little things that could make a less expensive hotel not feel that way.

Overall a nice stay, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and it was close to just about anything you needed.

The only negatives we had were that the hallways did smell a little like cigarette smoke, the faucet in the bathroom was too close to the back of the sink so when you washed your hands you'd hit your hands on the sink, and the A/C units probably need an upgrade since we had to set it to 68 for the unit to keep the room cool.

Very spacious room and also it was easy access from the highway. It was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Good value for the room we got- I was pleasantly surprised.

I appreciated the breakfast, but it was not very good. No fruit and very limited options. I’ve been at hotels before that include free breakfast, so I know what to expect (I’m not expecting a gold standard meal), but this hotel was definitely on the lower end of basic. The hotel was very nice, but, it is utilitarian -and as long as you know that going in, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a confirmed reservation for our room. However, due to our later arrival on check in, they switched our room with a nice view from the balcony to one overlooking the dumpsters. Informed people who check in later get leftover rooms. Informed her we had confirmed reservation- stated that's why you still have a room 😖 Room & bathroom wall fans didn't work, had to get box fan from front desk to circulate air and increase ventilation.

Bed verry comfortable.

Staff told me I'd have take my Trash to Dumpster,& No Housekeeping 7 days. In Person nice Housekeeper Told me Not True%& Not Policy!! The Floor needs Proper Mopping, as dirt on floor caused feet be dirty..

Breakfast good, comfortable room

The loud, rude guest who screamed at cussed at the front desk as we tried to get to breakfast with three kids. I do understand desk clerks trying to diffuse the situation, but for the sake of other, guests, maybe call the police.

The staff was super nice and very helpful and the beds were sooo comfortable!! I also loved that there was a nice “kitchen” area in the rooms!

The breakfast wasn’t that great. It was dried out. :(

Located right off the highway. Right next to a restaurant. Breakfast was Good.

Didn’t like the fact that two suspicious cars were in the back lot. A lot of clothes were laying out back by the electrical transformer. Maybe someone was sleeping out there.
