The hotel is clean, nicely appointed and in a quiet location. With Yandex, it is easy to reach all places within the city, so the location would not be as big an issue. The bidet is quite a nice addition to the new and modern bathroom. The breakfast is good with variety offered on different days, food replenished, and the staff are friendly.

The sofa bed/additional bed is quite hard. A nice mattress topper would ease the firmness of the sofa bed. Cleaning was not always on point as towels were missing on some days.

- Friendly staff, that often helped us with minor enquirers like cutlery and glasses to the room - They provide friendly staff members that fulfill your needs. e.g. Aibek who drove us around the scenic coast of Issyk Kul stopping at various locations for scenic pictures that he helped us take. Aibek met us in the evening suggesting the types of 1-day, 2-day routes for different needs and budgets. Overall the trip was very detailed and exceeded our expectations of Kyrgyzstan’s nature. - Clean LARGE rooms, unlike many locations that have tiny rooms this hotel surprised with beautiful 24m^2 rooms with balconies overseeing the trees. - Bathroom has a large shower allowing tall people to move freely - The WiFi was really good around 100MBps, I watched the final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid with no lags. Even my home WiFi doesn’t provide such good streams -Breakfast is available to be had outside that is very nice during sunny Bishkek weather, and air doesn’t feel as dirty as in city center. Lots of greenery around in the beautiful garden. - Despite what seemed to have been far location in terms of walkable distance, YandexGO app (a.k.a local Uber) is an affordable option if you want to visit most vital tourist attractions of Bishkek during your stay at this hotel.

- The fact that we stayed so little

The room was clean and warm in winter season. The breakfast was good.

The girl who were sitting in reception asked us extra money. When we ordered a hotel for 2 days it showed us around 8600 soms. When we can to receptionists, she asked us around 12 000 soms for the same room and we got disappointed. I showed her a screenshot of the price we saw on booking.com, after that she charged us 8600 soms. It was really strange for us since she didn’t explain us why first she asked extra.

This is a lovely hotel and we have stayed three different times in three different rooms. The twin room was spacious with a settee which was lovely to sit and rest on. The staff are always professional so kind and helpful.

The tight configuration in the bathroom meant you were knocking the shower glass when using the toilet..

The room was spacious, bathroom was clean, breakfast was tasty whatever they provided. They provided airport transfer with a payment of $25. Staffs were very helpful.

Nobody speaks English, which is a barrier especially in a hotel. The breakfast had very limited items. The bathroom had issues like the water wouldnt clear while bathing, the closet seat was broken and has no lift.

The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

The location is a bit outside of the center. Also, the receptionist didn’t speak sufficient English to help us further. There was only one water bottle offered in the room with no refill, and no water available to buy at the reception.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and very helpful friendly staff. Location excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurant, shops, parks,etc. The receptionist helped us find our way around the city.

simple but tasty breakfast 2 out of 3 reception guys speak English, both English speaking guys were very helpful

no beer in the hotel walls are extra thin. you can hear everything. And when I say everything, I mean everything. In you know what I mean. Not very pleasant experience

Dosman Hotel in Bishkek wowed with an impressively large room, notably the spacious 30-square-meter bathroom. The bed and wardrobe added comfort, while the helpful staff and modern amenities enhanced the stay.

However, the slightly delayed breakfast and expensive laundry service were minor drawbacks.

Geat hotel, great breakfast and the room is really nice, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Also the staff is super friendly and they will help you with everything !
