Our recent stay at Aloft Dublin was truly exceptional, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff were—especially Gene at the front desk. We were there to celebrate a very special occasion: my daughter’s 10th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and well cared for. We spent the day enjoying the pool, which was a huge hit with my daughter and really added to the celebratory atmosphere. One of the highlights was that the staff kindly offered to store our birthday cake in their fridge until we were ready to serve it. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made a big difference and showed just how thoughtful and accommodating they are. What really stood out, though, was Gene. She took the time to ask about our plans and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care turned a simple hotel stay into a truly memorable birthday celebration. She made my daughter feel incredibly special, and for that, I am so grateful. Thanks to Gene and the entire team at Aloft Dublin, we created wonderful memories that my daughter will never forget. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Modern, whimsical, clever, unique. No-password internet. Complimentary electric vehicle charging for guests (VERY useful as we travelled a long way). Convenient to Stanford Medical facilities.

The shower and shower room floor. The water pressure was pretty light, the showerhead was way too high. I mean how many National Basketball Association players need to use that shower space? The down flow of water was less than satisfactory for me. Way too far away from my 5’10” height. Wife thought it fine. Problem with flooring strips next to shower enclosure: warping and rising up. Poor choice of materials and installation techniques so close to errant water, IMHO.

Modern , clean , cocktail lounge, pool table , spacious rooms ! The Bot lur robot was amazing . Really like the high tech vide.

The rooms used cheap material especially bathroom door which was wobbly . The lighting system was poor. When you turn on the bathroom lights ; the light would shine inside the sleeping area. The partition should be a solid colour. The closet should be closed. Don’t like open closets. Other than that, gr8 hotel!!

It has a cool, uplifting vibe. It’s modern, it’s easy to navigate. The rooms are cute and comfortable. The shower was roomy and had everything I need. Of course we like the robot. Everyone tries to talk to the robot . I feel comfortable with the robot transporting things to my room. Yet, there’s still actual people working in important areas.

The charging ports were broken at the bedside. It happens. It was a bit of on inconvenience but we found one port that was fine

Thin walls. Person in room next to me was on the phone and I could hear him talking for over a half hour. Every time he coughed, I could clearly hear it in my room. Went to get coffee in the morning, but the carafe was already empty and no one could be found to refill it.

The location was great and felt safe, while me ans my family stayed there... most of all the restaurants in the surrounding areas is indian. Food and there is one buffalo wild wings in the area , walking distance...

The only thing that I found was a strain of white hair on the one of the towels..

Very clean modern and rooms offered amenities including free water. Liked that they offered Alexa in the room. Also enjoyed all the lighting and air conditioning working.

The lobby was too warm it was a hot day already and once you walked into the lobby to check in it was still hot. I could see the thermostat and it was reading 86.

Aloft always has great rooms with comfortable beds. The front desk employee was very nice. The towels are always the softest hotel towels. The location was great. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Although I appreciate the quality of the Drybar soaps I hate the fragrance. It's very overwhelming.

Love the atmosphere, bar, pool table, grab n go snacks, staff was very friendly

Remote didn’t work that well, screen on thermostat was a little busted so you could read the temp of the room clearly, water pressure was very light

Presentation at the front desk. The literal front desk they use. At check in, the small desk makes it feel like a small operation despite the size and cleanliness of the hotel itself. Small nitpick.
