I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I found it very comfortable and secure. In addition, I would like to send a big thank you to all the staff. They were always extremely kind, courteous and helpful to me during my stay. One could easily see that they all worked very effectively as a team. I especially enjoyed coming down each day for the well laid out breakfast. The staff were always available to explain or address any question I raised.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room with a great view. Layout of hotel. Quiet, with carpeted rooms. Easy access with car for drop off / parking. Quiet location away from center but it is walkable :)

Struggle to find something. Maybe a non dairy mild at breakfast although I’m sure they would have provided on request.

Welcoming, comfy typical ski resort hotel. Easy accessible- plenty of parking and a homely feel. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast simple - cheese hams, bread, eggs perfect to set you up for the day of hiking and exploring around Crans Montana

Great breakfast. Free bus pass was great. 3-4 grocery stores walkable. The hotel is surrounded by trees - great to hear birds singing in the am and in the afternoon.

The view from my room was incredible ! The team there seemed friendly and accommodating, there was a large group of guests that needed to leave early so they moved up their breakfast times. The breakfast was very nice and fresh

I would of loved to have the option of almond milk or something for lactose intolerant people, but then again, I never expressed this need to them. The decoration of the room is also not incredible but it is clean and you are more focused on the view or sleeping anyway.

Bathrooms and furnishings are beginning to look a little dated. Restaurant was closed for dinner. Advance notice of this would have been appreciated.

I got a room with a balcony and even though it was winter and I was on the slopes during the day, I enjoyed it very much. In the afternoon it was flooded with light. The view is incredible. The room is clean, neat and cozy. Breakfast buffet is good, especially the croissants!

The location is on a curve in a street with no sidewalk. So the access to the hotel looks more like a cave than a welcoming entrance. It is somewhat risky to get to the sidewalk on the other the other side of the street due to the curve.

Very comfy, clean rooms. Excellent value for money. The rooms are very well sound proofed, so it was nice and quiet. I wish I could have arrived earlier to be able to try out their SPA and restaurant.

There weren't many parking places. The reception closes at 9pm on a Sunday. I arrived at 7:30pm and it was already to late to order a snack. I also left before breakfast was served. There was a fridge with yogurts and a coffee machine available, but now packed breakfast option.

Great location and very good value for the price! Rooms are tidy and the staff is very kind and attentive.

The building is quite old so the rooms are quite noisy if people are moving in the corridors.

The hotel was ideal for a short stay. I loved the old furnishings. The friendly staff made a suggestion of a restaurant and reserved a table for us.

A better coffee machine would be nice to have at the breakfast.
