Location, breakfast and car parking. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It does have a small elevator 3’x3’ that is up 4 steps from the lobby. 2 star Mitchlen restaurant on site.

Originally booked a superior double room and we were “upgraded” to an executive double room. This was in the attic of the main building. The room was small, hot, lots of street noise and sloped walls (not good for people over 6’). We were able to change to a family room that had a separate living space with mini refrigerator. This was worth the upgrade for 7 nights. The room was still hot, but we could open the windows at night. The reception area also has portable fans that we used to help cool the room.

Gentofte is about 20 minutes NW of Copenhagen Central station, served by Lines A and E. Very easy to get to and it's very quiet as it's out of the city. Room size was really good. Kettle provided for tea, coffee etc Everything was clean and fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Furniture ie chairs, desk very good quality. Room was very quiet, didn't notice any external noise.

The pillows were way too soft, would prefer firmer pillows that support your head. Even using two pillows didn't really help. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things. No mini fridge. This would help to keep milk or food if you're staying for a few days. Again not a big issue bit just to let people know.

This was the last place I stayed on a multi-city trip so I was relieved to find out it was a comfortable, peaceful room in a comfortable, peaceful suburb of Copenhagen. Really easy to get to and from the airport with just 1 change on the tube and easy enough to get back into the city as well. Staff were very friendly the few times I interacted with them and something very impressive was that my room looked out onto the busy street level car park and I could barely hear anybody using it!

Not really a negative but the area was so suburban and quiet that were was really nothing surrounding the hotel (restaurants/bars etc.). Again, also not particularly a negative but the hotel does feel quite removed from 'the city' (however it is well connected by train, as mentioned previously!). The storage facilities in the room were lacking. Physical room key felt a little dated and was also clunky to carry around when I'd leave for the day.

The location was perfect for my business trip. It's a quiet and very pleasant town and the hotel adds to it being very relaxing. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient both when I arrived and when I left.

The lack of an evening restaurant was an unpleasant surprise, particularly as the catering facilities in the town could be charitably described as 'limited'.

Location is perfect if doing business in Hellerup, where many (shipping) companies are located. There is enough free parking too. My room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and receptive to your needs. (I forgot something in my room, and this was very well arranged by UPS via the hotel)

There is no restaurant affiliated to the hotel, only a 2 Michellin Star restaurant which requires months ahead booking. However, there are 2 Italian restaurants and a bistro close by.

It is cute . Stuff amazing and friendly and very helpful. . Location great - not noisy - beautiful!!Breakfast good - but might be bigger variety of food ….

Family room is too small - no place to put clothes ( we were staying 3 person in a room and a newborn - literally no space (

Train station unstable and not working most of the day due to constructions and little expensive .

Nice place, just out side the center, metro close by to the center, enough parking, a Michelin star restaurant if you want to eat, restaurant close by, good breakfast and nice people at the reception.

Heat in the room. It was hotter than normal.

The communication with the stuff before and durring our stay was perfect from any point of view. They did everything that I asked them for. Also, the rooms were spacious enough and clean.

As for me the breakfast wasn't as much good as it has to be for a hotel like that. I mean, the quality of the food could be more satisfying and also the room was stuffy at one point.

Location and parking were great. Friendly staff and very clean.

In the height of summer, it was very hot on the third level.
