Great newly renovated room. Good size. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best I have ever had. They were very accommodating with our car and trailer.

The only thing I could complain about was that there was only one hook in the new bathroom to hang two towels. More hooks would be great or a towel rail. Also the fridge stuck out into the narrow walkway as you first entered the room. May need to remove or lower the legs to get it under the bench.

Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. The shower was small but the water pressure and volume was exceptional and very hot. Beds were comfy and had electric blankets. Had everything you'd need or want from a motel. Even though the room and amenities had an older feel, everything was rock solid quality and worked well when used. The room we stayed in was set quite far back from the road, so road noise was minimal. Helpful and kind staff/cleaners. Very happy.

Shower size was small.

The room was clean & plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets clean. Fresh towels were supplied each day that we stayed. Great budget motel & would definitely stay there again. Would certainly recommend!

The air conditioning could have been better. It was an old unit & a split system would have been much better. But in saying that, it was a great place to stay.

It was close proximity to where we needed to go and quick driving distance to food shops in town. Big tv but only to watch normal tv. Was given a larger than usual milk which was nice. Guy on desk was friendly.

The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off, need a fan installed to prevent this. The aircon/heater was old. There was no smart tv which i thought cable was this,, false advertising. Its just a plain flat screen tv however it was nice and big. Bed was very hard.

Spacious family rooms. The property is bit dated but well maintained. Fresh linens and beddings were supplied every morning. The nicest thing was the breakfast service. You don’t need to go out for breakfast, just order it by the evening for the next day and they will serve you in the room. The pool is well maintained as well.

Nothing as such

As I was in town for volunteer work, a value price venue was what I wanted and this place was perfect. East walk to the train station, the Shepperton club and to the lake. I will return some day to look at the art gallery

No issues, knowing it was a low cost, value site i didnt a mordern room, but it was comfortable and I was very happy

This is a basic motel, but did a perfect job of providing somewhere to sleep when my son had a game the next day in Shepparton. Very reasonably priced and right next to the lake. Perfect if you have an EV, as there are free slow chargers there. I was able to drop the car and charge overnight with only a 5 minute walk to pick it up.

Breakfast options were not great, but we ate out instead. Not a big deal!

Staff were helpful (I had minimal interaction with them, not much needed), room was clean, bed was comfortable. I was only in the room for 12 hours so didn't use many facilities, apart from the TV and electric kettle to make coffee. There was also a fridge, microwave and toaster which would be useful for a longer stay. WiFi worked well.

Only negative thing I found was when my young child pulled the cushions off the couch there was old chips and crumbs underneath that had obviously been there a long time that could have very quickly been vacuumed up during the room clean

Was anxious I might miss the turn-off from the highway as hotel was off a service road, but there was a blue "hotel" sign before the turn to guide me. Room smelt nice on opening the door. Very spacious, nicely appointed room. Looked like it had been renovated recently. Good fridge with separate freezer compartment. Had a microwave, which wasn't mentioned on the booking.com site. Located a bit out of the main shopping area, but an easy walk to the Shepparton Club for dinner - they had a courtesy bus to take me back to the hotel.

Parking was a little tricky in the set of rooms I was in. Looked like lots of tradies used this hotel and they all had large vehicles.
