Comfortable sized room, two smart TVs, fridge/freezer, two ACs

A bit confusing when arriving. I had a text saying to call for the code. Put the code in got a card with keyrings on it. I told the person on the phone. They said to wait for a staff member to arrive. 15 minutes later a staff member arrived and said the card was the key. Would've been easier if the person on the phone knew this. Lucky the staff member came though because my room was on a different site (through back gate) which was also difficult to find at first. Also the door handle was very rigid and hard to open. Could easily be communicated to guests with a couple simple signs (key cards here, rooms 34-38 through here etc)

We booked a spa room, room 18. Check in was very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Smelt gorgeous plus blissfully cool on a hot day. We had a quick dip on the pool next to our room. The room had some lovely freebies (chips, Kit Kats, water bottles) plus some biscuits. The location perfect - 5 minutes walk to RSL and then a further 5 to Riverlinks that we had a ticket to see a band. The bed was very comfortable. Tv worked well - but happy we were at the end of the block as the traffic noise was a little loud. We slept well so all in all very happy with our stay and would happily return.

Maybe the traffic but it dies down during the night.

We always choose to stay here as it’s the most affordable option for the facilities that you get. The spa rooms are fantastic and we will always stay in spa room now as we have become addicted to it. The pool is fantastic as well. We tried it for the first time, this visit…For those who have fears like me about getting in and out of pools don’t fear, the pool steps are low and easy to get out of and very safe. Staff are fantastic and the rose petals on the bed when we arrived were a great touch as we were up there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We will be back again and hopefully get our beautiful spa room again and swim in the beautiful pool…but next time I’ll remember sun block…lol

There is nothing we don’t like about the property. Only one thing I could say is if you could get ice in the rooms but that’s not anything bad about the property. Oh and I wouldn’t mind if a handrail was added to the steps of the pool to make for even easier exiting and entering of the pool. But apart from that there’s is nothing bad about the property.

The room is newly renovated, spacious, and clean. Bed is comfortable and TV has Netflix and is big enough to watch from the dining table and from the bed. Pool is outdoor but I can see it's clean and taken care of. With the spa bath included for the price it offers, it's a great value for money.

Bathroom has a moldy smell, but keeping the bathroom window opened to air it out helped with getting rid of the smell. There was no signage to hang at the door for "Do Not Disturb" and no lock to hold the door other than the card reader. With the fact of "Housekeeping is required only when requested", the housekeeper came in twice in the morning during our stay while we were still asleep (planned to sleep in but we were woken up by it) and also on the day we're checking out before the check-out time, although we didn't request housekeeping to be done for our room.

I appreiciated the complimentary snacks and water. More than I thought I would. Got peckish after the long travel! Big bed and plenty of storage for our shoes, clothing, bags. Mainly the location was the best part of it. So close to everything we needed for our occasion and super easy to check in and out.

The sofa was dusty. I noticed when I got up and there was dust on my pants, and a clean spot from where I sat. I ended up avoiding the area around the sofa. The hair dryer also didn't work and I tried every outlet just in case. I just let my hair air dry, no biggy.

Modern interior, extremely clean and well appointed for families (toaster, microwave- not that we used but appreciated the option). Beds very comfortable and warm, shower was hot and check-in easy.

Only minor things that is often a concern across all price points for both hotels and motels why they only provide 2 face washers for 4 guests. This is consistent feedback I provide. I’m sure if I’d asked for extra I’d be given it but why should that not be the guests issue. I’d also add housekeeping were very eager to service the room, well before check out at 8am and knocked twice in the hour to check we have left. Check out if officially 10am, so that was odd. Staff were polite but I did find it strange.

The one bedroom apartment was huge, plenty of floor space with a massive comfortable bed and great TV reception.

The apartment was located across the road in Maude St and unlike the advertised/selected room, did not have a fold out sofa bed - however, the bed was so huge that we could share with pillow divider down the middle, lol. Also, the laneway aspect for entry is not what was expected, but fortunately I was not travelling on my own.

Spotless clean. Excellent location. Gift free complimentary to take. 2 x 600ml water, 2 small Kit Kats, small packet quality chips, small bottle wine. So thoughtful.

I have a slight mobility issue and twin room parking not at door of unit. No staff on duty at 5:00 and I rang as TV would not work. Answering service dreadful. Advised not urgent, wouldn't call staff in out of town as not urgent. I addressed this with Management & housekeeping next morning and they were very apologetic. Explained they should have been called out. I was really cranky until I spoke to them and they were genuinely reassuring they should have been called.

The room was clean and tidy. Although not large, it was adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and there was no road noise even although we were on the main road through town. The bathroom was unexpectedly large. We appreciated the ease of the after hours arrival access for the room key.

Since we were arriving late and leaving early we were hoping for a microwave to warm breakfast. Alas ...

Clean room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bedding, huge TV, lots of parking, felt safe with the electric door lock. I checked-in after house and that process was very seamless with the help of the staff & their instructions.

My only issue was light shone through the curtains from outside lights, and I needed to use a hair clip to keep the curtains shut. I had an eye mask with me and with that, the light wasn’t an issue.
