The property is beautiful 💜💕, staff are awesome and generally the place is worth the stay. Overall my stay was good. Just one hiccup that I've highlighted on the next section. Ps. They upgraded my room Coz it was my birthday. That was kind. They are also very responsive on this app.. Some. Hotels take a while.

Ate at upepo restaurant and was served with a used glass!!! Only realized this a few sips in when I wondered why my water tasted off. Dealt with mouth ulcers for over week after check out. Had to see a doctor Coz they stayed too long and my gums were in pain. Also I was mentally off Coz "whose glass was that? Were they sick? What did I ingest"?? They were apologetic and on checkout was advised I'd have someone call me. No one did (I write this about two weeks post check out)

Staying at Kwetu was an absolute treat! From the first day to the very last day there, the staff were attentive, hospitable and professional. Kwetu is a stunning place but even better was the food, safety and ambience! It was our first time in Nairobi and I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom of our room, which in defence of the hotel, we didn't complain about cause we were happy with our room choice. It took lighting a candle everyday to kill the smell but the facilities worked fine and there were no major issues.

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

It is expensive to stay at this hotel but it’s worth it!

Beautiful property amidst greenery, with an amazing pool area and gorgeous restaurants with interesting food choices. The gym is first-class, with the latest hitech equipment, including specialised gear like TRX. some of the best hotel staff I have ever met, in all departments from housekeeping to the concierges.

The room service menu was disappointing, with limited choices considering all the restaurant options in the hotel.

A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!

Nothing, but would have loved to visit the spa (under construction).

Very nice and various breakfasts from the menu. Very friendly people at restaurant. Rooms with good planing and nice bathroom. Gym is absolutely amazing with super machines - it's pleasure to workout there.

No staff leadership to alleviate getting lost on first night in property. No greeting at scheduled arrival. No staff available for support after 3pm
