- around 12:30 I just dropped by the reception to leave my bag and they checked me in, even in a double room because it was available at that time. i'm very pleased. - the hotel is on the same street with the ensor house (2 min walk away). 3 min walk away is the promenade. again, on the other direction 2 min away the main square. 10 min walk away from the train station. wifi was working great, breakfast was great, the room (bed, cleanness, stillness, temperature, large windows) was very comfortable.

nothing.. may be one very tiny thing :-) : there could be racks for the towels in the bathroom.

Limited space in the room . Room decorating was “””mmmmmm”” . Unfortunately for us the one window faced the inside facade which revealed a floor to roof channel full of pigeon sh*t . Not nice . Basically a room to sleep in and nothing else . Bar was not open at all . No Tea or Coffee making facilities in the room , but a vending machine by reception area . As people say , you get what you pay for….

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated and I could not verify other reviews that it is worn out our the elevator is often out of order. The elevator is from 2019 and it seems they renovated their interior at least partially as well.

The bathroom was very small, toilet bowl was placed very close to the sink so I could not properly stand in front of it. Seems to be a problem of this room, though, as I saw other pictures of other rooms having a different layout.

Staff are always friendly and the hotel is dog friendly too.

10 minutes to the train station, 10 minutes to the North sea, 10 minutes to everything...

I book a room with massage bath, but l massage didn't work.

The hotel was clean , breakfast was good, had a decent shower toilet ect , for a 2 star hotel it was good 👍

No aircon , no fan , if it got hot in the room could have a problem, unless the hotel as fans hidden away somewhere 🤔

This was a perfect budget hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast, well stocked. The location is superb - next to the square and shops/restaurants and a 5 min walk to the seafront.

Rooms are basic - no hairdryer or kettle but for the price - who cares. There were hot and cold drinks machines in the reception area.

The room was practical but not that clean. Breakfast was enough but sometimes too much People in the crowdy space. Location was near the beach and other facilities. We could leave our luggage after checkout until train departure.
