The hosts are excellent who try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The property has beautiful and well maintained garden where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast under the trees. Breakfast is delicious which prepared to your wishes. Car parking places are covered and secured. The rooms and furniture are classic design. It’s home away from home. Thanks to Ina for taking care of us so well.

We had a family vacation and really enjoyed our 48 m² room for three. The owners and all the hotel staff were very friendly and always happy to help! There is covered (which is important in the heat) free parking on the property. The hotel grounds are a well-kept garden with gazebos, swings, and plenty of shady places to relax. There is also a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The sea is just 200–300 meters away. You can choose between a free or paid beach — both are spacious and clean. Breakfasts are delicious, with fresh vegetables and fruits from the hotel’s own garden. You can also order lunch and dinner. The room is equipped with plenty of towels, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste — even a needle and colored thread in case you need to mend something! Everything is thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. This hotel is popular with guests from all over the world — people of different nationalities stay here, and everyone seems happy here. A quiet hotel with a lot of personality. I wasn't sure what to expect. This is a very special place as anyone can see from the pictures. Extravagant style with massive furniture and all the drapery, but you really feel like in a castle or a mexican hacienda. The pool and botanical garden are also worth mentioning. Lovely breakfast, charming staff who will do everything to make you feel good - it's hard to leave this place. There's also a new pickleball field across the street and an excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

Our bed had a bit too soft mattress.

Very clean room, bathroom, bedding and towels. Polite & kind hosts and ready to help. The shampoos & the other bath cosmetics provided are a good quality. The interior of the room is very nice if you want to feel like a princess or just on a holiday at another place. I like that all rooms have like a small living room with coaches. The outside garden has plenty of trees to provide shadows, and it has places to gather and stay outside. Good if you want to stay in the garden till late.

The aesthetic and allure were amazingly beautiful! The location is close to most things you want to see or do in the city and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very tasty and they have such a beautiful garden its almost like waking up in a rom-com movie.

A very unique hotel and experience, it is eclectic, and an expression of imagination and joy, with displays and artistic touches around every corner, antique furnishing and many eye-catching corners. It was also deliveredd with an unmissable breakfast, full of variety and delight. The owners and doormen could not do enough for us and we were greeted everywhere with smiles and helpful inforamation. The location by the sea garden was lovely and taxis were low cost and easily secured for travelling further afield. The owner also found us tennis racquets and balls to use the court.

Not everything on the facilities list was available, such as fitness room and the swim up bar, sauna etc - presumably shelved as there hasn't been the demand for them. We were often the only pool users in the evening, so you can easily guess why these little luxuries are not currently viable. This hotel has clearly been set up with conferences and events in mind but its large basement event space looks to have been mothballed. COVID will have been a major challenge to places like this.

Great hotel, can only recommend. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we love it even more. We read that it has come in the years, but were well surprised that all was in great shape and very well maintained. The rooms are very generous and the furniture very romantic. We were a bit preoccupied as we traveled with children this time, but the hotel is perfect for families with small children as well. The garden is a perfect place to discover for small persons with no danger that they hurt themselves or go out from the area of the hotel. Much better for families looking for rest compared to big hotels in the resorts. In addition, on the pool it was almost only us, so I was not stressed when the kids were a bit noisy. Parking space is no problem at all. Breakfast was I remember it from 8 years ago, small selection of good quality products, more than enough. Should we be in the Varna area again, this would be always our choice.

Why we take out 1 point from this gorgeous hotel is because of the location and the fact that you cannot spend a whole day at the hotel. It offers breakfast but no lunch or dinner. As such not a big problem if you are not with kids as Varna offers a lot of good restaurants and the possibility to visit this old and quite nice city. We understand that the size of the hotel does not allow to keep a full-fledged restaurant. Maybe as a suggestions: A small fridge at the pool with water and juices could be a good idea, so that guests can take and sign a list about what they take. The type of guests in this hotel should allow for proper functioning of such system.

I have travelled a lot but the level of care and attention the Dallas Residence shows is unbeatable! I came once with family few years ago. This time I was confident to recommend it to my colleagues. They were so impressed that are planning holidays with their own families there. Thank you!

Swimming pool heating was not on which is not usually expected for outdoor pools. I just remembered it from few years ago and was expecting it. I wish they were open in winter too.

Beautiful warm home like hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale ! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me and welcome me. I ended up staying an extra week because I enjoyed it so much!
