Very clean room, bathroom, bedding and towels. Polite & kind hosts and ready to help. The shampoos & the other bath cosmetics provided are a good quality. The interior of the room is very nice if you want to feel like a princess or just on a holiday at another place. I like that all rooms have like a small living room with coaches. The outside garden has plenty of trees to provide shadows, and it has places to gather and stay outside. Good if you want to stay in the garden till late.

A very unique hotel and experience, it is eclectic, and an expression of imagination and joy, with displays and artistic touches around every corner, antique furnishing and many eye-catching corners. It was also deliveredd with an unmissable breakfast, full of variety and delight. The owners and doormen could not do enough for us and we were greeted everywhere with smiles and helpful inforamation. The location by the sea garden was lovely and taxis were low cost and easily secured for travelling further afield. The owner also found us tennis racquets and balls to use the court.

Not everything on the facilities list was available, such as fitness room and the swim up bar, sauna etc - presumably shelved as there hasn't been the demand for them. We were often the only pool users in the evening, so you can easily guess why these little luxuries are not currently viable. This hotel has clearly been set up with conferences and events in mind but its large basement event space looks to have been mothballed. COVID will have been a major challenge to places like this.

Great hotel, can only recommend. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we love it even more. We read that it has come in the years, but were well surprised that all was in great shape and very well maintained. The rooms are very generous and the furniture very romantic. We were a bit preoccupied as we traveled with children this time, but the hotel is perfect for families with small children as well. The garden is a perfect place to discover for small persons with no danger that they hurt themselves or go out from the area of the hotel. Much better for families looking for rest compared to big hotels in the resorts. In addition, on the pool it was almost only us, so I was not stressed when the kids were a bit noisy. Parking space is no problem at all. Breakfast was I remember it from 8 years ago, small selection of good quality products, more than enough. Should we be in the Varna area again, this would be always our choice.

Why we take out 1 point from this gorgeous hotel is because of the location and the fact that you cannot spend a whole day at the hotel. It offers breakfast but no lunch or dinner. As such not a big problem if you are not with kids as Varna offers a lot of good restaurants and the possibility to visit this old and quite nice city. We understand that the size of the hotel does not allow to keep a full-fledged restaurant. Maybe as a suggestions: A small fridge at the pool with water and juices could be a good idea, so that guests can take and sign a list about what they take. The type of guests in this hotel should allow for proper functioning of such system.

I have travelled a lot but the level of care and attention the Dallas Residence shows is unbeatable! I came once with family few years ago. This time I was confident to recommend it to my colleagues. They were so impressed that are planning holidays with their own families there. Thank you!

Swimming pool heating was not on which is not usually expected for outdoor pools. I just remembered it from few years ago and was expecting it. I wish they were open in winter too.

very stylish, comfortable, spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, nice pool, clean, good breakfast end very friendly stuff. We really enjoyed the silence. It was like traveling back in time.

not very close to a beach, outside the door of the property a different world ( dirty and noisy) still the hotel cant do much about it. we missed a balcony to dry our towels after a day on the beach.

Everything was beyond perfect. This hotel lives in a time of its own, in a magical place which is hard to define, only to be experienced. The rooms are designed in a really beautiful mix of slightly baroque and late 70s. The garden is wonderful. The breakfast is really delicious, with quality food, never boring. The place is like a haven of piece and quiet. But first and foremost, the host, who showed us the room, made us the breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed, is the kindest and most professional person working in a hotel. He is the one who made our stay really special, and in a way, is the epitome and soul of the hotel.

Beautiful warm home like hotel that makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale ! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me and welcome me. I ended up staying an extra week because I enjoyed it so much!

Nothing it was perfect.

Very lovely place, that really strives to make you comfortable and welcome in the residence. Even when I arrived way before scheduled time, they still managed to find accommodation for me. Breakfast is nice and tasty. Stayed there for 2 weeks.

Location to city is about 1 hour to 1:15 walk from the hotel.

The room was great. Loved the antiques. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hottub and the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Nice buffet, eggs and bacon were cooked to order. Parking was great. It was secured and shaded. All of the staff were super helpful and spoke great English.

Wish they had drinks for sale at the pool.

The place was absolutely unique and so fun to explore. I loved all the plants and the pool was delightful. The hosts went above and beyond yo meet any need.

It was hard to get a taxi.
