The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the restaurant of the hotel has good food with affordable prices. The hotel is very well located in the Serra da Estrela, you can reach many different attractions from there. The city fo Manteigas is also very nice. I really recomend it.

Everything! It had easy parking, great location, and the building is fabulous, especially the ornate ceilings. The pool looked good but we didnt have time to use it. A lot of local restaurants were closed following the corpus christy hol so a lot of walking but eventually found O Ideal, not far from Hotel and had a very good meal. Can highly recomend.

The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

There was nothing I did not enjoy except I wished the weather was warmer so could enjoy the pool. 😊

Beautiful hotel, great location and facilities friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal was delicious, hotel was very clean and well presented good parking facilities, a great place to stay would definitely recommend and good value for money. Room had a really good bed and lovely balcony over the pool area with great views.

Staff was super nice, helpful and friendly! Location is good, a 15-20 minute walk to the village but beautiful hikes in the mountains start right at the doorstep and a supermarket 1 minute away. And the views from the hotel are amazing! We also had dinner one night at the hotel which was really good.

We asked for a double bed, but we got two seperate beds due to availability. But that is the only “negative” I can think of, because our stay was amazing!

Hotels is located on a hill overlooking the city of Manteigas and the hill/forest behind it. Room was spacious and clean with heating working properly (it was winter and drizzle / snow). Bed was comfortable. There's plenty of space for parking and the staff was very attentive and nice. The restaurant in the hotel gets busy for dinner, so if you want to eat there make sure to have a reservation. Breakfast was simple but good with a lot of products from the area (cheese, honey).

We had a beautiful view from our room and the dining room. We only stayed one night and I wish we had more time to enjoy our private balcony facing the town of Manteigas. Everyone was helpful and kind and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend the restaurant for dinner and make sure to try the Serra da Estrela cheese! The breakfast is fresh and varied. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with fantastic views over the town. Restaurant serves lovely traditional food. Staff very friendly, particularly Rafael who took the time to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I look forward to returning and maybe even using the pool when the weather is better!

Beautiful venue extremely cozy with a chalet-like interior. They provide excellent warm rooms with heated floors and towels, plenty of space and blankets and a wonderful balcony.

They don’t offer options for dairy-free milk. Very pricey for one night but as I was visiting during New Year’s Eve and did not book my stay in advance one can understand why.

Room with a balcony, very good breakfast, private parking. Also, the kettle was provided by request. The hotel's location is just perfect.

No fridge in the room, that would be nice to add it to rooms. I'd also replace all artificial flowers in the hotel with the real ones :)
