The property was lovely and flawless. The host dad greeted us and showed us how everything works and gave us useful information as it was our first time on the Island. The first aid boxes was good to have in the apartment, iron and ironing board, upstairs balcony and downstairs sitting area was amazing for eating outside. Our children love the extra toilet, Netflix after a day sight seeing was much needed to wind down and the jacuzzi was such a nice way to unwind. Jacob the host was fab as he would always reply to messages quickly.

Nothing at all. Location wise it’s a bit far out without a car but there is a bus stop very close by and restaurants.

Wow the decor was beautiful , lots of space indoor & out , very comfortable beds , gorgeous bathrooms . Spotlessly clean & towels /sheets cleaning done every other day . Right in the village but also peaceful ,loved the coffee machine & enjoyed our espresso! Jacob Maria & family were very kind & we really appreciated the home baked treats ❤️ great to have tea, coffee sugar , cake , water juice, washing up liquid etc , got us off to a great start , thank you so much for a great holiday

Pretty much perfect, Just a couple of things , would be nice to have bathrobes , cushions on the sun beds . The safe needs to be in the wardrobe downstairs , slightly irritating to have to keep going up & down stairs ! Or maybe a separate key ? It would be great to be able to adjust the hot tub ourselves .

Looks exactly like the photos We liked everything (bathroom, bedroom, jacuzzi, kitchen), outside we especially enjoyed the shower next to the jacuzzi. Very clean apartment (every two days they cleaned and changed towels and sheets). Very quiet neighborhood and next to the village square ( bus stop, restaurant's Mini market etc ). Very close to the Akrotiri venetian castle 4min walk. Our hosts were very nice and discreet, Gave us useful information about the island, there was a welcome cake and water and juice. Also the next day we were treated to delicious homemade traditional snacks !

Would be nice to have a hanger or two in the lower level Hardly a deal breaker

We had an incredible stay at Alafropetra Luxury Suites in Akrotiri! Jacob and his father were extremely hospitable and helpful. The suite exceeded our expectations - immaculately clean, stylishly designed, and featuring a fantastic Jacuzzi. Early check-in, seamless car rental arrangements, and a convenient port drop-off (€25) made our experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to Jacob and His father for making our stay memorable.

Host kindly left some coffee, water, and snacks for when we arrived and talked us through activities that might interest us. Property’s workmanship was very good quality and ample room for parking. Extremely close to local services like car rental and restaurants while at the same time maintaining very high level of privacy and silence

We marked the bonus question slightly down only because there was fresh dog defecation everyday in the car park. Every evening we needed to use torches in order not to step in it.

Jacob met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment, he also gave us information on places to visit on the island. As we were on our honeymoon, we were also given wine, fruit and some homemade sweet pastries (made by Jacob's mother) these were delicious and a really special touch. The apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable and provided everything that you could possibly need. Excellent location, a very short stroll from the bus stop, a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful, the location was a bit far from fira and oia however we have a car so has no problem for us, really enjoyed every second of it

Location was beautiful. Sunrises in the morning and the fireworks in the evening were extra special. It was right next to a bus stop which made transportation a breeze around the island. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfy. I liked the outdoor space.

The wifi didn't work much of the time which made staying connected difficult. The bathroom sink kept being clogged to the point I could use it.

It was cleaned - we got fresh towels every two days. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Located in town and a few minutes walk from the caldera view.

he apartment is fabulous! clean, new and cute! There is a hair dryer, beach towels, a nespresso coffee machine. No detail missing! Also Jacob is the perfect host! you can park in front without problems and the little town is charming! You have ideal restaurants that eat very well in addition to a small supermarket and pharmacy! If I had to go back I would repeat without hesitation! we liked it a lot! Thank you very much Jacob for your kindness.
