Magnificent location and view of the Caldera. The breakfasts are terrific

This is a very expensive premium hotel. Everything is first class, but its tipping policy demotes it to just another expensive hotel. I can see being asked to tip at the free breakfasts. However when i checked out to pay these tips i was asked at reception if i would like to tip reception 10%, 15% or 20% Being asked to tip reception when paying for tips charged to the room? Not a classy policy at all.

Santorini is a magical place and this resort is located in a perfect location to experience the beauty of Oia and to take in the magical views day, night and of course the amazing sunsets. The resort itself gives you the full Oia experience with its unique design of white domes and winding staircases. We also visited Ammoudi which was another highlight of our visit.

The reason we could not give the resort 10 out of 10 was shortcoming that can easily be fixed and should not be an issue at this price point: - Pod coffee for breakfast was awful - Waiting 30 mins for a table in the morning and not offered any drinks while you wait - Only 330ml of water per person per day - No tea/kettle in the room - Room 10 is interrupted dozens of times per day by tourist taking photos. (all other resorts have a restricted entry) - Bortini onsite restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming (Lower deck & room service food was all very good, just avoid Bortini) This review would have been rated lower if it wasn't for the staff at this resort, doing a great job of dealing with the shortcomings. We hope the above is fixed as we would love to return.

We loved the room we stayed in. It had a caldera view from the window and door. Outside our door, we had a hot tub and the caldera view, which my husband immensely enjoyed. The breakfast was terrific. We loved that breakfast was included. We were served a centennial breakfast first and followed a breakfast choice from the menu. The staff was professional and attentive. The caldera view was breathtaking. Photos didn’t do justice. Finally, we loved how exclusive the hotel was.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was excellent. We would come back to Santorini and stay at the same hotel.

The position of the hotel is perfect just at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Oia. The hotel is immaculate and both pools have breathtaking views of Caldera and Oia. My room was decent in size with Bulgari amenities and an outdoor jacuzzi (and another indoor). Breakfast is a la carte of an outstanding level served by the lower deck pool. Service is great too. Overall a solid choice in the most iconic part of Santorini

Pools are small but considering the location is more than justified. The outdoor jacuzzi was just above A/C engines so it was a bit noisy. No gym in the hotel but available at Nikki Beach (I think I understood this) which is 20’ away.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Very good view. Clean room. One thing I love is the convenience.

The jacuzzi can be cleaner, not that it is dirty. Some buttons do not work. The breakfast can have more and better choices.

The view is amazing Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and at breakfast (Sophia was wonderful so warm, well informed and helpful)) they make you feel at home and they are always happy to help.

Rooms and bathrooms are outdated and need some refurbishing. We stayed in several rooms and some were better than others. Some terraces are small Towels are shockingly old Pools are small and stuffy and also can use some refurbishing

The staff was wonderful , the views were spectacular, breakfast was delicious and the overall stay was perfect. The management as well did a great job of moving us when the airline strike interrupted our trip which helped us get our trip started the right way. Thank you KATIKIES , we will return someday.

It’s all about location it’s in the heart of Oia. All the restaurants are right there in five minutes walk. Very clean and the views from all the rooms overlook the ocean it’s stunning to be in the pool and look at the ocean. It will be one of my best memories. The spa was a delight I had a cold when I arrived. They have a steam spa that totally helped clear my head cold. I booked 2 massages with Mones do at least 1 and 1/2 hrs he was fabulous please ask for him. He did a facial one day and then a full body massage. He really helped me recover excellent masseuse!!!

There was nothing to not like the breakfast’s were delicious and the service by either pool was wonderful. The dinner is also nice by the upper pool with a champagne bar.

The location is excellent with breathtaking views, the pool area is sun filled and the breakfast each day was also excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property
