We made a last minute booking via booking.com in the early hours of the morning due to issues with our accommodation at the time. I then called the office first thing after they opened and explained our situation and asked if they might be able to allow us an early check-in. The gentleman I spoke with was so accommodating and lovely and was happy to help us out which we really appreciated. We booked a two bedroom suite and it was lovely and clean, tidy, spacious, large bathroom with a clean and functional kitchenette and comfortable beds and bedding. Condition is as per the photos on the site. It was a very comfortable stay

The facilities were excellent. Tony, the owner was great. Tony had put the heater on in the living area prior to our arrival. A lovely touch Tony. Very helpful with the knowledge of where we might like to go. Cleaners were most helpful if required. Adequate large parking area. I have Ford Ranger Wildtrak!! Very near to Woolworths and Pak n Save plus not far from all the other shops, if required. Managed to see the Fastest Indian in the World. A motorbike that Burt Munro achieved the fastest run on the Salt Flats in United States. Record still stands. Also Transport World well worth a visit

Noting to dislike about this property and stay in Invercargill.

We were there for Burt Munro Challenge and it was good because there were a lot of other visitors there as well and it was like a family environment.

There could have been a shelf or unit of some sort to store things in the bathroom. there was nowhere to put our toiletries as the basin top didn't have much space on it.

Nice large studio unit (it was an access unit) on the ground floor. The bed and pillows were very good, had everything that we needed for our 2-night stay.

While we understand that the unit was an access unit, the bathroom was quite noisy with traffic though the fan hole and there was no blind on the window which made the bathroom very cold. The lighting was a bit weird, but we worked it out.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We arrived at 8.30pm, and the heating was on in the room so lovely and warm on arrival. Staff were helpful.

The only downside was we had the room closest to the road, so had a fair bit of road noise to contend with, but it did quieter down eventually.

A few minutes walk to town, so convenient location but on main road so you get some noise but not as much as expected which was great. Especially seeing the majority of Harley Davidson's in NZ were in town for the Burt. I was also riding (but not an HD). Overall good place to stay.

Only one little thing. It's bit hard to get the shampoo and shower wash out of the bottles as the Pump nozzles are so close to the brackets. If the top of the bottles was a little higher it would make things a easier

A great place to stay. Lots of room, access to WIFI and comfortable beds/pillows. Plenty of off-street parking. Supermarket across the road.

Happy with everything. It might have been nice to have been given plunger coffee since the room had a plunger.

Husband was there for work and I joined him on the weekend the room was great had everything we needed and it was great how the room was cleaned, bed was made daily and amenities were stocked. Great value for money and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nothing it was in a great location close to shops and fuel station and places to eat everything that you would need is in close proximity to the location.

We were within walking distance of the market, parks, and downtown restaurants. The nights were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful upon our arrival they accommodated our needs; since we were traveling by bike.
