We were close to all major attractions. There was a lift so it made staying on the second floor easy. We were a group of 6 and it’s fine but the space would be more comfortable with 4 or less. Breakfast was included in the cafe next door which was a nice bonus. Check in/out east and staff very helpful in organising transfer to train. Make sure to bring your personal insect spray. Mozzies have been an issue all throughout our stay in Tuscany at this time of year.

What an excellent place to stay! We were a party of 7 and had so much space in a really nice apartment across multiple bed rooms and bathrooms, with really good air conditioning! We were likely to arrive after the advertised check-in time. I contacted via Booking.com and they reassured that we would be able to do this via security staff. When we arrived we very quickly got the key and could settle in quickly. The included breakfast was nice in the cafe next door. We were offered a pastry, a ham and cheese toastie, a coffee and a juice. Not a huge amount compared with a buffet breakfast but was a pleasant change for us all which we all enjoyed!

We had no problems with the apartment and there was no issues with getting in to the property out of hours! It was one of those places that felt a shame we were only staying one night!

The suites were super clean and posh. Location is nice. Staff was nice and texted to me as we were delayed.

The elevator only works from 9am to 9pm. Not cool for families with a stroller on 5th floor. "Breakfast" is a (good) croissant, a juice and a coffee. Nothing that gets you full though. Bed was nicely looking but the mattress was bad. Hard like a futon and shaped by someone else's body. AC was good in living room but not so much in bedroom. There was cutlery and sharp knives in the kitchen but no cutting board. A dishwasher in a Kitchen with only 2 plates feels a little overkill.

Very well run, very clean. And modern. Comfortable bed and well thought out bed sit. Staff were lovely.

The fact that in the evening students had their friends run in riot. Very noisy and lots of loud shouting and laughing. They left the security door open for their friends to come and go as they please. The management are in the building until 9.00 pm but it is from 10.00 pm the problems start. Otherwise lovely, lovely little bed sit. Not really for the older couple though.

The apartment was very spacious and grand. Comfortable bed and great amenities. Good location and close to everything.

Poor shower head and uncomfortable pillows. Apartment has stairs. Ground level kitchen etc.. 1st level spacious bedroom & living area. Problem is, If you have large travel cases, you would probably leave them down stairs & unpack what you need.

Incredible views from the apartment and lovely staff.

The waterfall shower was poor, with very limited water pressure.

It was so close to everything in the florence city center. Never had to walk more than 16 minutes. And we saw a lot of attractions. We never had to drive anywhere, and we were really close to restaurants, Conad supermarket, and our favorite gelato place, Il Procopio!!!

Had to pay for parking.

Room was modern well done interiors, comfortable beds and well designed kitchen. Host was great :)

Room was not inside the Property, but located on back alley, felt less secure. we travelled with our daughter a young girl, we wouldn't have chosen that room if back alley was mentioned.

Beautiful building, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous, and the location is good. Breakfast was good, too. A choice of sweet pastry, a ham and cheese sandwich, a glass of juice, and a hot drink.

Air conditioning wasn't great, days were super hot and we wished to have a cooler ambiance. The wifi didn't worked at all.

Bed was hard and only 1 flat pillow each. Asked for extra pillows but they could not accommodate Confusion on check in as I didn’t think the office would close. (At 2pm) It was closed when we got there. It was a misunderstanding. Then check in was fine
